I am very satisfied with the purchase. It does have a sleep problem. It is hard to wake up after being closed. I have to force a shut down to clear the problem.

This is the second Lenovo laptop my wife and I have bought from Best Buy in a month after switching over to Windows after decades as Mac users. So I was the initial guinea pig and bought a Lenovo Edge 2 that I loved so much I bought this for my wife. This laptop is perfect for her and her needs. She is a teacher and uses it for lesson plans, schedules, presentations, video editing and other basic functions and it works great for her. I was a little worried about only having 4GB Ram but that is plenty when combined with the SSD and the small footprint that Windows 10 needs to run on this machine. I was also concerned about the Intel Core m5 Processor since we had no experience with the "m" series of processors but it works great as well. Like my Edge 2 love the 2 in 1 capability and she uses it in tablet mode playing games more than in laptop mode. This is an important point and one we didn't realize until we bought it, it is so much better to have a 2 in 1 than to have a detachable if you are going to sit in your lap like in tent mode or any other mode use it as a tablet. We were looking at the Surface and they were out of our price range and looking back I am glad they were, because it would have been awkward to use back flap of Surface to sit it up in tent or another mode. The only thing I wish this laptop had and my wife said wasn't a big deal until it got home and now she wishes it had it too is a BACKLIT KEYBOARD. You would think this would standard on any PC that is not running a Celeron, Pentium or Atom processor.

Love my Lenovo. It is light weight and convenient. Have used it to watch movies on long cross country flights and to do work while traveling. Adequate battery life. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Have had this laptop for about a month and love it. I use it mainly for email, surfing the web, writing, sorting pictures. I was worried about the small size but love the portability especially as I have a preschooler who constantly climbs onto my lap to see what I'm doing. I can fit this laptop in most of my purses. My only disappointment is the short battery life.

When waking the computer out of sleep mode, it would not function, but instead the screen flashed repetitively for very brief instants and no controls would work. Lenovo said it is due to a defect in Windows 10, but your Geek Squad person examined it and said the laptop (hardware) is defective. Best Buy allowed me to return it for full credit for the laptop since I was within the return privilege timespan.

Flawless, beautiful and well built. This laptop has the required specs for any college student to be successful. The touch screen works well, and is responsive

This is the way to buy laptops...good stuff at low prices. Laptops are constantly changing and this way within a few years I can get another one without thinking that i spent too much on this one. This product is sleek and lightweight and the price is the cherry topping

Extremely fast, intuitive to use for us older generation types. Between my research and a knowledgeable salesman, I feel I made the right choice for my uses.

This solid state hard drive uses less power and is lightning fast. I bought this for my wife for Valentine's day and she hasn't complained once and doesn't even charge it every day because it don't need it.

For the price point we were looking at, this is a good system. It is a little sluggish in processing (compared to our other machines), but we expected that given the specs. For the price, it has a lot of good functions.

Battery seemed strange at first, so took it to Best Buy exchanged it for another new one. This one seems to be working nice. Very small and compact computer.
