Internet Keeps Balking

Went in to exchange with Best Buy and every time I was told they did not have any in. Sales rep said he would call me when they came in still have not gotten a call. Now it is past the return policy and they tell me there is nothing they can do. Installed Best Buys Internet security I think it is also slowing things way down.

After 2 days I has a list of more that 20 things wrong with the computer (technical and mechanical. Serious driv0 er issues, update issues, wireless card no working. Lenovo support is even worse. Under warranty and when the wireless card stopped working the tried to tell me I have to contact the manufacturer of the wireless card myself to get it fixed on a 2 day old computer under their warranty. Would never buy Lenovo again. Several instances of having them to over my computer remotely in those 2 days to address driver issues. They wanted we to stop all updates to the computer saying that would keep my drivers working (but leave with an computer that would never get an update. Would not connect to a wireless printer either. Would not properly install Webroot and they could not help to fix it. Started getting a blank screen for no reason like the computer just shut itself down. Open apps just suddenly closed for no reason.

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. You can then look for system driver updates, follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. Here is the link:
