My daughter needed her own laptop to complete school assignments as she entered middle school. Great durability and easy use

Good price for a basic 2-in-1 laptop/tablet. Not the lightest or fastest but a solid machine. Very nice display but not 4K.

Love this computer! So much faster than my old computer. The graphics are sharp. The keyboard touch is gentle and quiet and I like the option of the backlit keys if I'm working in a dimly lit space. Don't regret this purchase at all.

I needed a laptop computer that also was a tablet for my visual deficit programs and this one fit the bill. It was light enough for me to maneuver as my health is declining and it had all the features that I needed to use a computer

Operating system is a challenge I didn't use the tutorial I like the split desktop and that I can flip and touch

Since I first purchased the laptop blue error screens pop up with various types of errors, then it restarts. After I first took in my laptop to be checked out by Geek Squad I was told that the hardware, which was under warranty through Lenovo, was fine. They thought it was software related, which is not under the Lenovo warranty, and I was told that I would need to purchase a Geek Squad plan so they could fix it, the brand new laptop I JUST bought. After taking in my laptop twice to Geek Squad the errors still persist, they were unable to fix it. I contacted Lenovo after, and once I told them the symptoms they said it was hardware related. With no hassle they put in the work order to get my laptop fixed through their services. I may have just gotten a lemon. I was wary of purchasing another Lenovo laptop, but their customer service was great. I may buy another Lenovo product in the future, but through the company. I am wary though of using Geek Squad services and making a purchase at Best Buy in the future. In terms of the Geek Squad services, they were unable to do their job and still got $200 out of it. Lenovo's customer service I give a 5 star rating. In terms of having constant issues with the laptop itself I give it a 1 star rating. The 3 star rating is an average of the two.

Seems to work as advertised. Still getting used to some things but all in all, seems to fit the ratings.

i dont think anyone will read this but its a good laptop for a good price

This was purchased for my daughters as she started college, She loves it. It is light weight yet fast. The only goofy thing is that it take a pretty weird charger so finding an extra charger was a bit of a pain.

This devise was very easy to get used to using. This devise is easy to carry to and from college.

Did a lot of research and decided on this Lenovo for my wife. Couldn't be happier with it. The touch screen is great - goodbye mouse. Much better than the Acer I bought for myself a couple years ago.

Machine is fast, works well, save some mouse pad issues, and occasional issues with Internet.

So far I haven't had any issues. The battery can last much longer than it says, up to 13-14 hours depending on what you are doing. I use it for my classes and with the touch screen option it allows me to work much faster, especially since the professor goes through the lecture so quickly. I also use it to watch videos on my free time, and it works well. Its fast at loading new screens (as long as your wifi is good).

This certain laptop makes my daughters internet homework easier. Now she can just stop at the library and get right to work.This makes her and my life much easier.The speed of this laptop is fast.

I bought this for my 8th grader and he is very happy. He used it like a ipad for reading books and used as a laptop for doing homework.Touch screen is a great feature for efficient use.
