I work as a research assistant and use my laptop for both personal and professional stuff. Normally my laptop would slow down if there was a lot of disk space used while I also worked online, but the GPU power on this laptop is excellent for multitasking. I can have multiple applications and online tabs open and still switch between tasks effortlessly. Usually I keep my offline files stored on an external hard drive but with the storage and RAM on this laptop, I can still keep a significant number of data on the device itself for easy access without compromising the functional capacity of the GPU.

This laptop is surprisingly well built- I was skeptical because of the touchscreen/tablet function but it has proven pretty durable. The graphics are nice and the processing speed/battery power result in a nice, long ease of use for whatever you're doing (e.g. video streaming, data processing, mild gaming, etc.). Glad I bought it on sale. Definitely worth the price.

This is a great laptop. I love the number keypad on the side, which a lot of computers have dropped. The one thing I don't like is the screen will enlarge at times on its own. I researched it and found a setting that really helped, although it still occasionally changes. I can squeeze my fingers on the screen to correct. This computer, though, is such an improvement over my prior computer. The keyboard is really easy to use. I am learning to use the Copilot, which is pretty cool.

I have been looking for a new computer for a year. So far I am very happy with this one. I love how I can use it like a tablet. The graphics are great. Battery last a long time.

Computer works great, whole experience was great too. The associate who helped me didn’t bombard me with offers of things I didn’t need or want. I told him exactly what I needed and didn’t need and he catered exactly to that. Seamless, quick, professional, can’t ask for anything better.

Set up was very easy. Works great although I have not had a chance to use all the features. Very pleased with this laptop.
