First, try these troubleshooting tips if your fingerprint reader is not working: https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/fingerprint-sensor-not-working-after-win11-update.html. If you have setup your fingerprint reader but it fails to read your finger print try this:
Try lightly sliding your finger over the fingerprint reader. No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care for additional help. Let the Lenovo Customer Care Specialist know the troubleshooting steps you have already taken. Call at: 888-278-9707.
