The only problem I see is when on Skype the microphone quality is not that great. Very disappointed in this.

Great small lightweight laptop

She told me that her standard 13" was too heavy to lug around campus. In fact, she left it in her dorm during classes because it was too heavy. She told me that this is a great small lightweight laptop. She takes it with and uses it in class. It has been very reliable so far.

The second time was told it is defective and its being sent in to be repaired and that I should have bought the in house warranty. Very disappointed in this product and Best Buy.
