Configuration wise so robust .RAM and SSD -core i7 makes so fast to operate . screen resolution is good loved it . Con is sound This is a best thanksgiving gift for me from BESTBUY Roanoke TEAM :) . I never Expected to get this . As I was second in the Line when store opened they gave it to me .I never get a chance to thank to persons General Manager of best buy Roanoke and the girl who was distributing the credit card application forms who made this feasible for me . please pass the message "Thanks A Ton ". to them . . This is a birthday gift for my 11 yr old daughter. She will be using this laptop/tablet for her school related activities. So far she's enjoying it. I decided to buy this product because of the weight (only 2.6lbs) and the great price (pre-Black Friday) deal of $500 less from $1199 to $699.

Good for the price. Don't like the fan noise and the heat. Fixed the initial issue of two finger tap not working. On the left, browse down to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\TouchPadRMIHID2cTM3066 and open it Now, on the right there should be a registry key named 2FingerTapAction, double click the name of the key and change the value to 2 and make sure it is still hexadecimal. Now check the 2FingerTapPlugInID key and make sure there is no value. (If there is a value, double click it and clear it.) Close everything and restart! It should work! I'm still working on how to get a 3 finger tap to emulate a middle mouse click, but I can't find a working value for it anywhere.

I got this deal today on Bestbuy “The Lenovo Yoga 900” and its way well worth the price. Great looks and excellent specs with the power of a laptop on a tablet. Wow the design is simply out of the world. Great engineering. Will highly recommend this Product.

Coming from an Asus K53E, this is light years ahead. The light weight is awesome. Aluminum shell looks great SSD is super fast with the i7 as well. Picture.quality and sound are great. And price, 699 originally 1199.

I hardly ever deviate from Dell or Apple, but when I saw this computer for the first time, I was entranced. We had some Lenovo Thinkpads at work, and while they were not perfect, they worked better than the Asus ones we had. After reading many mixed reviews on the Yoga line in general, I decided to buy it for $699 at Best Buy, and I'm aware it will be a Black Friday deal in-store. When I first set it up, it was running good and had a good feel to it. After a couple of hours, the fan would start to go crazy for no reason (I wasn't running anything) and the battery would drain too quickly (probably because of the same reason). This would be understandable if something major was updating or I was using it heavily, but this was not the case. It started to overheat and that didn't stop. The fan noise is just bad, and while I like the look of the computer itself, as I started to think more about it, I didn't like the leather-like cover around the keyboard; it gives it a good feel, but I see it wearing out. I read from some people that it would scratch from the bottom (it's all metallic) and sometimes would not stand properly. It had great specs but all the let-downs made me feel like I can't trust this computer, so I went to return it and bought a 13-inch Dell Inspiron that has a great feel to it minus all the negative things I just mentioned about the Yoga. Bottom line: I would not pay full price for it, nor would I recommend it, but I do think it's worth the $699. I got the Inspiron for $650 and while it lacks in many ways in comparison to the Yoga, it is much more reliable, quiet, and sturdy.

My laptop is 7 years old and I have been looking for a thanksgiving deal to do the replacement that would last me another 7 years as well. This deal just made every other computer a complete joke... Look at the skyhigh Dell XPS and HP spectre x360, yoga 900 just schooled them. Too Good to be ture, but it is stone cold 700 bucks. Not sure what made the price go down so much. Better get it before sold out. I may add more item review in a few days when the laptop actually arrived.

Much better in software compatibility , performance , standard OS than Apple Mac in every respects; I owned Yoga 2 Pro , Yoga 3 Pro before, Yoga 2 is huge success, Yoga 3 is total failure in in weak processor, it is design flaw. Now Yoga 900 is back and far superior than any Yoga PC before, it is a great successful reengineered product than Yoga 2 Pro. Would anticipate huge sale, Lenovo should do more advertisement for it to let more people know it, well worth the value.

The laptop is very good but the particular one I got is not completely flat on the table and it is difficult to type because of that. I bought it today in the offer hopefully best buy will replace mine.

Owned it a few days now & so far so good, EXCEPT if you use the SD slot, the SD card will not plug in all the way. Half of the card hangs out, so you MUST remove the card after each use to prevent bumping or damaging the card. I’ve never seen a SD card slot that you must leave half the card hang out of the slot. Why didn’t Levono put a Micro SD slot there so half the card would not hang out. If there is a way to use the memory card slot without the card hanging half out, I will appreciate knowing.

I'm liking this laptop so far as it has done everything I need it to. I enjoyed the fact that it didn't come with a bunch of bloatware. The only concerns I have about it is the fact that it might wear out pretty quickly, especially where my palms rest. Also, one of the USB ports was super tight, to the point where I had to grab pliers to take out the case of the usb that had gotten stuck.

Best Buy was amazing to offer such a stellar product from Lenovo at its absolute lowest price ever. Buying it in the store for the black friday offer price prior to black Friday was absolutely amazing and helped me avoid sleeping in a Tent on what seems to be a cold winter night. Yoga 900 - beats Macbook and most other Win laptops (2-in-1s) in construction quality and specifications. You will not regret your purchase,

I got this for the pre black Friday sale for $700. Its worth it for that much but I cant imagine payiing the full msrp of $1200 for it. Its a bit cheap feeling and the screen is very dim. It cant play games well. Its a big tablet or a flimsy laptop.

Bought this computer for graduate school. Snagged it while they still had it in stock in stores for the pre- black Friday sale. I am so in love .the picture quality is beautiful and the startup is very fast. I am typing the review on the laptop right now. if its sold out online check the stores !!! I got mine without any problems.

Let me say that my other laptop was 5 years old, and spec-wise, should have been blown away by this laptop. It wasn't. I'm almost wondering if I got a lemon or something? I do basic computer work, with a little Photoshop thrown in... super lightweight Wordpress site edits. Doing these site edits is PAINFULLY slow. 10+ seconds to load everything, constantly timing out. Doesn't matter if I'm using Edge or any other browser....am I missing something here with the excitement of this thing?!

Bad apple or total garbage! Pros: laptop/huge table in one! hinge is attractive and better built than others. It has intel 7 which is supposed to be much better than a lot of others and I purchased while on sale for $699 pre-black friday sale and always heard good things about Lenovo! Thought it was a steal! HA Cons: After use of 10 or less times, it has crashed/blacked out or frozen half of those times. Nothing downloaded, no games, videos, apps NOTHING. It has less than 10 pictures and browsing history was yahoo, FB, bank account and it has crashed and/or frozen 1-3 minutes in after starting every time! I would NOT recommend this to anyone! Thank goodness for the extended holiday return policy. It is going back TODAY. Not even going to attempt exchanging it. This was by far worst $748 i have spent. I would give zero star rating if I could and felt inclined to leave a review because something like this should actually WORK. If you purchase hopefully you get an extended warranty!

I thought it was a great computer till it started having problems not 2 months after purchasing. The picture flashes when put in split screen mod and issues with a loose or key on keyboard. When returning it to be fixed, (which was not included in warranty) this problem was not going to be addressed until we pushed for it. I've never had so much trouble with a supposedly new computer. I either got a lemon or it is a very touchy computer.
