However, the fan can get quite loud, even at times when I only have a few webpages open. Hoping that a Lenovo expert can direct me to the specific update I can install to address the fan noise problem :)

Getting used to the keyboard

Small shift key on the right side causes some "fat fingering" quite regularly. I'm still learning to keep my pinkie close to my hand. Otherwise, I really enjoy having the light weight and small footprint. The machine is generally fast and reliable.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
Outstanding convertible

It's a screamer for a 13" convertible with that i7 core. She's streaming hard with this and absolutely zero lag with a 5GHz wi-fi connection. Only thing missing is ability to use a stylus for writing....it's not built into the hardware of the screen.

I upgraded from the surface so glad they found it when I was at the store. I was just going to buy an open box computer, since my surface was not what i needed to do my school work, but this one was way better and on sale!

Good computer great price

The computer has been working fantastic. The only issue I have is the space bar. It's hard to tell sometimes when it is pressed if it is working because of the tension.

Fantastic device, fast start up great screen. Best Buy Deal for open box item hence not the 910 but the 900 for $400 cheaper! Still learning Windows 10. All in all a 5 star purchase!

Tremendous value

The newer version is definitely an upgrade over this model with the smaller bezels and larger screen but if you can get a deal on the 6th generation Intel processor you can't go wrong.

Set up instantly, easy to use, no problems. Worth the money (and I got it on sale!). Best Buy online ordering and store pickup worked flawlessly.

Concerning the fan noise you mentioned, keep in mind all high performance computer systems like this one have a cooling fan to keep the device within optimal temperature ranges while in use. The fan running is normal, even at idle heat is going to be generated by the processor.
