My only complaint involves the sharp edges on the front of the bottom half which cut into your arms after a while of typing. But it's lightweight and the flip feature is amazing, I really love having a tablet and laptop in one.

Love it so far. Super easy set up, love the numeric keypad and back-lit keys. I was debating on getting more storage and RAM, but I don’t use it that much to justify the increased expense. I do wish you could somehow open it with one hand but that is a minor complaint. Planing on buying the pen so I can play around with the tablet mode. Battery life is excellent.

My son uses it for homeschool and I use it for my own personal use. Love how it can be used as a tablet or laptop but I prefer the old school way. I will say that this touchscreen is 100x better than our old laptop and I hope this one lasts longer as well.

You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

The Intel Chip is actually a current gen mobile chip that is very fast and also uses much less power than a traditional CPU. For well under $1,000 its a great laptop for work and can even run light games on moderate settings.

Likes: -Keyboard is spaced out and has so many functions that I have yet to learn. It has adjustable back-lighting. -Screen is HUGE and very responsive to touch. Have yet to test out its full capabilities, but it has been great so far. -sound is nice. dislikes: -it is heavy. - on thenyog pro3, the keyboard and inside of the laptop had a softer, grippable material that made it easier to lift and grip. this device is all one metallic colored plastic. Easy to drop for sure. -Something about it seems slow when typing a lot, either its rection is off or I am thinking and typing too fast. -caps lock gets stuck easily on mine. -keypad picks up oils like nobody's business and just always looks greasy no matter how well I wash my hands. -Color of it leaves nothing to be desired. The yoga pro 3 was a bright orange. All in all, it is a good laptop with the neat feature of being touch screened.

Posted .We hope that the issue you were having with lag while typing on your Lenovo Yoga C740-15 has since been successfully resolved. If not and the computer still lags, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

I got it at the best price, one thing I have to say is that it does get a little hot but I mostly use it on a laptop stand. I’m very happy with the processor speed and display resolution.

My bank suggested going to Best Buy / Geek Squad. I went to the Best Buy on Mayfair Road, in Wauwatosa, WI and I cannot say enough on how fabulous all the employees were helping me buy a new computer. Rob was my initial contact at the Geek Squad counter, but other individuals at that counter also helped with what I needed to do. Rob walked with me over to the computer department and along with an employee in that department they helped and advised as to what computer would give me what I needed, but not overselling me a devise that was more than I needed. I cannot say enough good about the Geek Squad and Best Buy and I continue to recommend to friends & family. Thank you. Best Buy and the Geek Squad have a new customer for the long haul!! Very happy...the speed and response time and the graphics....Fantastic. AMD I love having the flexibility also from laptop to tablet but with the 15.6 inch having enough room to actually work. Setup was a breeze and biometric login capability is nice for the price point. Its really light too. It has good battery life and cost alot less than a comparable Hp...which I have had before and liked alot but decided to give lenovo a try on a recommendation from a friend. We bought my son the tricked out yoga for his engineering classes with 16gb and souped up graphics and video cards and more space and he loves it....I got to play with his machine e a bit so when it came time to put my old laptop on the scrapheap...I knew I wanted the yoga. No regrets.

The color and clarity on the screen is great. It has a fast boot up. I am not a tech type person but this computer is easy to set up and it’s just an extra that it is touch screen

So I went to Best Buy and originally I had my eyes on this gaming laptop because I thought it would be able to handle the tasks. And this guy who works there assisted me and he was a huge help! He pointed to Lenovo which costs way cheap than the gaming laptop and he said that it will handle the tasks just fine. I gave in and boy was he right about it! I have no regret and love this laptop! I noticed that its battery life is way better than my Macbook Pro 16!!!

I am handicapped and need either a cane or a rollator to move around. The Yoga weighs a little over 4lbs and it comes in a streamlined package. While watching the TV I am always grabbing my laptop to look up something new to me. I love the lighted keyboard. Very fast start up time and it also has a privacy shutter feature. I am still getting used to how fast it processes. Sometimes it is hypersensitive while scrolling and brings up something that you were trying to bypass to get to your interest. All in all this is a real good laptop and Best Buy gave me an outstanding deal. I saved enough money from the laptop deal that I had money to buy yearly Tech support, warranty and Geek Squad coverage.

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.
