I want my money back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited when I finally had enough to purchase this product but 5 months later; scratch that less than two weeks after receiving this laptop the screen started to glitch, and would only right itself after lifting it from the desk or moving the screen. It got so bad that when browsing I would have to minimize my browser and use it on half the screen, out of nowhere it would start glitching, making it unusable. Sometimes lowering the brightness would stop the glitching momentarily. Eventually the logo would not appear when turning the device on and the grey screen of death overtook the device. I took it to an authorized Lenovo repair shop and was told that all along it was a hardware problem that would require numerous parts being replaced over the course of a few months. I spent way too much money on this device to deal with such a hassle. You must be wondering why I didn't get it checked out sooner. I'm a college student, my computer is the lifeline of my academic success and I was in dire need of it when the issues started occurring, forcing me to manage until an extended break from school. I honestly just want my money back or a replacement at the least

No HDMI port

Further, the sharp edge at base of touch pad leaves painful creases in my palms after using for a time. Don’t buy this computer if you don’t use an external mouse!!!!
