Does not get hot at all even after long hours of work and gaming

Very disappointed given the price point. The screen is already bleeding white and one of the inserts to keep the base plate screwed in has broken, all since January. This computer rarely leaves my desk so I'm very surprised. Screen hinge is wobbly, as well. Performance is great, can't complain there, but the build quality is less than expected. I've had Lenovo's for years and this is the first one I'm genuinely disappointed in. Lenovo is taking it back to fix the screen but won't fix the insert. "...this kind of damage is something that we can consider as physical damage or an accidental damage on the computer... it means it does not actually cover any kind of physical or accidental damage."

Love it. Unfortunately I dumped a cappuccino on it. I had to replace the key board, but the laptop was find and used it today.

Great laptop with all the necessary specs for high quality computing activity. Plus it's in my opinion rightly priced.

I was so excited when I purchased this laptop. Unfortunately, when I simply used google chrome with just 3 tabs, it literally used 40-50% of the 32gb memory & causing a lot of lag when switching google chrome tabs. I even tried to lower the screen resolution, it was still high. I also disabled unnecessary processes on the task manager, and it still uses 50% of the 32gb memory for simply using google chrome with 3-4 tabs. This laptop is using too much from the 32GB Memory. not cool.

Drove an hour and a half round trip for an openbox excellent. Got it home and had a 3 inch scratch on the the top of the laptop. It also has a drop mark on the corner. Talked with the rep online and my only option was drive another hour and a half to return it. I just wanted the credit back for the difference between excellent and good but they "couldnt" do it. Dont think ill be buying from bestbuy again.

I purchased in excelente condition and the laptop has bumps in every corner. It was supoused to just unbox but doesn’t look as a new computer at all

This is my first laptop that's replacing me usually using a PC tower so I had a tall order of specifications that I wanted in a laptop. The screen size is nice and large. I've not so far had any problems with this Yoga and it's worked smoothly and it's fast. It reboots quickly, less than 5 minutes. The light up keyboard has a couple different settings for how it lights up which is cool. The sound quality of the built-in speakers is pretty good actually for music or videos. I don't do any gaming so I don't have any idea how good it would be in that regard. The only drawback to this laptop which is why I don't give it five stars is I don't think the battery life on it is very good. Maybe I don't understand how long a laptop is supposed to go without being charged back up but this one maxes out at about 3-4 hours every time. I installed an app that lets me know when to put it back on the charger and I feel like I do that at least a couple times a day. If you don't mind being close to your battery charger, then this is a great laptop and I do recommend it.

Lenovo has really nailed the build quality with the Yoga Pro 9i. Unlike the previous 14" model I owned, this one is free of any creaking or snapping sounds, which is a significant improvement. The keyboard is another standout feature—its depth of travel is noticeably better, and I absolutely love typing on it. The display is excellent, especially at this price point, with no complaints from me. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 performs admirably, and the laptop runs quietly, which I appreciate. I'm also thrilled that Lenovo included 32GB of RAM in this model, making it a powerful machine right out of the box. However, I do have a couple of gripes. The placement of the power button is a real annoyance; I find myself accidentally pressing it far too often, so I’ve had to disable it to avoid frustration. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the rounded, bubbly design—it’s just not to my taste. That said, if you're in the market for a 16" laptop with a sub-4K touch display, a dedicated RTX 4050 GPU, and 32GB of RAM, this model is a solid choice.
