Great hardware, fragile boot

Best keyboard since the IBM Selectric and includes a switchable keypad. Great screen and sound. Trouble is that it frequently will not boot,requiring a reinstallation of Windows. Fortunately, you can do this and retain your data. But reinstalling aps is a pain. Restore points sometimes works. Haven't been successful with Win 7 backup. Don't know if this is a Lenovo or a Microsoft problem. Probably Microsoft. Never shut down, put to sleep instead and delay updates for a month.

To start, other users with similar issues have found success with resolution by performing a full factory image via Lenovo DDRS: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103653-lenovo-digital-download-recovery-service-ddrs-download-the-files-needed-to-create-a-lenovo-usb-recovery-key. Please note that doing this will wipe out all data/files that you have on this device, so ensure to back them up first on a separate location to avoid data loss.
If this does not resolve the matter, due to the technical nature of the issue, we recommend contacting Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, for in-depth troubleshooting, creating a dialogue that leads to resolution.

Great all around laptop, great price

I’ve been using it for school and gaming and it has been awesome so far. The screen is clear and graphics are amazing with the 4050 nvidia graphics card. I played for 10 hours without the computer even getting warm. Battery life isn’t what was listed but it’s okay if you leave it plugged in.

Great other than issues with the power buttons

Powerful so you need a greater than 120v charger if you are charging with and external charger. The power button quit working aft er a couple months, but you can turn it on with a pin underneath by the speaker amd change the power on by openiNg the lid. So i need to send it in for repairs. Performance, works great to code software and work on 3d modeling.

I had my prior Yoga for over 10 years, and it still works great. The only reason I upgraded is because my older model is not compatible w/ Windows 11. This new laptop is continuing my confidence in Lenovo. Highly Recommended!

Great laptop for both business and personal use.

I do a lot of business process work, so it's the perfect size, especially when paired with an external monitor. The Lenovo Vantage software is nice, but it can also be a pain, especially when it drains the battery when in use. Overall, I really like this laptop for business and personal use.

Best laptop out there!!

Great for gaming, school work and day to day use. Also it is very affordable compared to to other competitors. Graphics are amazing when playing games, call of duty, Apex, fortnite. The sound quality is amazing, the speakers are super loud.

When pressing with a little force on a key, specifically towards the middle, the keyboard indents slightly. The performance for the money is great especially if on sale although i would trade the touch screen away for any other improvement seeing as I rarely use it.
