I’ve been using the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition (15.3”, Intel Core Ultra 7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. This laptop nails the balance between sleek design, strong performance, and long battery life. Design & Display: It’s thin, light, and feels premium with its sturdy aluminum build. The 3K 120Hz touchscreen is bright, colorful, and super smooth — perfect for both work and Netflix. Performance: With Intel's new Ultra 7 chip and 32GB of RAM, everything runs fast and smooth. Great for multitasking, light content creation, and everyday productivity. Not made for gaming or heavy editing, but handles most tasks with ease. Battery: Battery life is outstanding . I’ve easily gotten 12+ hours on a single charge with mixed use, which is a huge plus. Keyboard & Audio: Typing feels great, and the speakers are surprisingly loud and clear. You’ll enjoy Zoom calls and media without needing external audio. Some minor downsides: - Not a 2-in-1, despite being called “Yoga” - Touchpad is fine, but not best in class - Reflective screen in bright environments Bottom line: This is a fantastic premium Windows laptop for students, professionals, or anyone who wants power without sacrificing portability or battery life. This laptop was the easiest to set up and start working on that I have ever had. It takes literally zero "techie" knowledge to operate, looks great, has a really nice balance feel, and because it handles bluetooth accessories, such as mice and keyboards, the fact that it may have less USB cnnections didn't matter. The computer also practically set itself up with my fifteen year old Canon printer. Lastly, I want to recognize all of the folks at Best Buy who were very patient with my 70-year-old style of buying, which included asking a ton of questions, most of which I probably not need to ask if I was a 15-year old, and going through several models of laptops (over two seperate visits) before deciding on purchasing this one. Bottom line: I got a computer that had everything I need for my work and home projects, confident that I won't need to replace it two or three years from now.

I bought this laptop for school. I have been using it for a few months now and it does not disappoint. Overall use is excellent, it is very light, the charge holds for sometime and it does charg fast. The only issue I saw is that sometimes the screen looks a bit blurry when it refreshes but for a few seconds and it doesn't bother me. Perhaps it has to do with the graphics. I do love it though, it is perfect for what I need it.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition is a mixed bad of a computer. It is very pleasant to use, with a (very) bright, color accurate LCD panel, a firm chassis with great build quality, a delightful keyboard, a nice mechanical trackpad, and very good battery life. It runs cool and quiet even under load, and is very well suited for office tasks. It has plenty of ports and is easy to fit into a bag. Downsides include a tendency to go to sleep and refuse to wake, LCD screen still isn't as nice to look at as OLED, its speakers have way more bass than they do vocal support, an inability to open one-handed (even though this isn't a 2-in-1) and touch screen but no pen support. The webcam privacy shutter is electronic (which isn't as reliablle as physical) and a power button on the side which is easy to accidentally press.

Since bringing it home, my son has been using it every day for his schoolwork, and it’s been extremely helpful for his studies. The laptop has excellent build quality, a bright screen, long battery life, and is very portable—perfect for a college student. Laptop works great! Its screen is high definition and allows for everything to be seen clearly. The laptop is lightweight and fast. The processor is powerful enough to run CAD programs and do schoolwork.

Like the great display even though LCD as opposed to the better contrast OLEDs on other laptops. This LCD is crisp and does not have the screen door effect like most OLEDs have so it's a big deal. On most OLEDs, text looks fuzzy and not crisp, really terrible. This laptop ran pretty snappy and had 8 to 9 hours of battery life for my use. The negatives are that there is no fingerprint reader which is important when face recognition does not work reliably and that the laptop is very slippery to hold and will certainly fall from your clutches one day. The under side with the large grille for air flow is flimsy while holding the laptop. The webcam is also not great. Lenovo wants you to spend 2k before they will give you all of this which is being greedy. I returned it for these reasons and also because thr IR camera for face recognition was faulty and couldn't get Lenovo support to fix.

Pluses for me: Display is bright and clear. Touchpad is very responsive. Great battery life. So light I can easily carry it anywhere. Love that with facial recognition it automatically starts when I open the lid. Minus: I miss the side number keypad (but I’m getting used to that).

I am in college so I use this laptop all day during the week. The battery lasts all day and then some while charging it at night. It is able to run everything i’ve thrown at it so far and will hopefully be able to continue that as i progress in electrical engineering. I like how slim and high quality it feels with a good mix of power.

We’ve been a Lenovo family since 2020, and they’ve never let us down. I recently upgraded my daughter’s trusty Lenovo Yoga i5 (with 12GB RAM) from 2020 for her sophomore year of college. With her heavy class load, medical research, homework, and a sprinkle of light gaming, she needed more horsepower. Enter the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition. This laptop is a beast. The Intel Core Ultra 7 with 32GB of RAM makes it feel less like a laptop and more like a supercomputer disguised in sleek Luna Grey. It’s ridiculously fast, rock-solid stable, and even the new Intel graphics card holds its own with graphic-intensive gaming, smooth, no lag, no complaints. For context, I’ve been happily using my Lenovo C940, which is still an excellent machine. But after seeing what this Yoga Slim 7i can do, I find myself side-eyeing my C940 like it’s the family minivan while my daughter just pulled up in a sports car. Now I’m plotting my own upgrade, especially for work projects and AI prompt engineering. Bottom line: Lenovo continues to deliver. If laptops were athletes, this one would be running the 100m sprint while balancing a stack of textbooks and still looking good doing it. Just buy it!

Good battery life, good performance, nice light weight . Would make the same choice again.

I purchased the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition (15.3”, Intel Core Ultra 7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) a few weeks ago. This laptop is sleek, powerful and has a long battery life. It works well personal and professional tasks.

Just what I needed! I got this on sale for an unbeatable price. It has an excellent build quality, fast, solid display, and the speakers pump out more than enough sound! I am glad I decided on this one!

This was purchased for my son who needed it for college. He had a Dell but this one is much better - better screen, faster and great battery life

Feels well build. I do not like numeric keypad, and it is probably the biggest size screen laptop that doesn't have one. So far works well for office/email/browsing. The IPS screen is bright, and one can use it outside. It is glossy - probably the only one minus that I can mention. I'm getting 10+ hours from it. I also was debating between IPS and OLED. Unless you are in image editing, IPS does the job. Touch screen really handy. Also, not much bloatware from Lenovo, which is a plus. I've 32 GB version. As of now, 16 should do the job, but if it survives a few years the Microsoft would take care of it.

This is a magnificent laptop. The screen is bright and everything is very clear. Keyboard feels great! Trackpad works well, except I don't use it. I use a mouse myself as it is just faster and makes things easier. Speakers sounded a bit compressed or muffled at first, but once you open the Dolby Access app there are 8 sound modes to apply including 3 custom modes with associated equalizers so you can adjust the sound quality to your exact liking. Once I discovered this built in app and made my own equalizer adjustments, the sound is really great. Much clearer and no longer muffled. You can even set a Dolby Atmos effect for your headphones or speakers. There is also a setting for Dolby Vision. Don't use the usual sound settings within the System configuration as it does nothing to improve the sound quality itself. Please know that this laptop is NOT a 2 in 1, It does not fold back on itself to use as a tablet. I knew this going in and I don't care to do this anyway as I have an ipad which is smaller and better to use for my purposes. Lastly, this laptop is very quiet and it barely gets warm. I have never even heard the fans come on any noise, except the initial time I set this laptop up. I have had several screens on at once doing different tasks and have never heard any noise or felt much warmth. Your mileage may vary. So, you can easily use it on your lap and never worry about heat bothering you, at least for me.

I love it excellent, it has good screen resolution, the operating system is fast, its storage is perfect.

This laptop is easy to use and works great. The speed which is paired with highest speed Spectrum is what we were looking for. The only disappointment was the salesperson said that it could be folded back and used as a notebook which is not the case as we found out after we got home with it. Since we live 75 miles away from the Best Buy store, it was not convenient to take it back.
