If you're looking for a tablet for movies, games, videos, web browsing, social media, the Yoga Tablet 3 Pro is for you. Performance is decent with the Intel Atom x5 processor. Games run smoothly, such as Asphalt 8 and Riptide G2. Movies and videos played beautifully on that 10.1 inch QHD display. The colors really just pop! Plus, that projector is awesome! Just rotate the kickstand, and a movie is playing on your ceiling! The speakers are also great, there are 4 speakers powered by Dolby Atmos. The kickstand is made out of metal, and is a great and useful addition. Quality is also great. The gunmetal finish with the leather back makes for a solid build, that also feels great. Its also at a pretty decent price, far better than other tablets in its category (iPad Air 2, Samsung Tab)

i was very curious about the tab as soon as it was launched got it from the Lenovo website and the tab is just amazing and in love with the projector, and the battery standby time is just great given the huge in-built battery. no complaints whatsoever for this tab. got fed of the same iPad styled tablets and this design looks so refreshing with a sophisticated metal kickstand which is also very functional!!.

Potentially great product, but a couple big flaws forced me to return it.
Pros
- Beautiful screen
- Projector
- Supposedly good battery
Cons
- Tiny bezel - makes for a beautiful overall product, but in combination with the too-sensitive touchscreen, it makes it really awkward to hold.
- Overly sensitive touchscreen - nearly every time I touched the screen, it read it as multiple touches. It made the tablet incredibly frustrating to use.
- Questionable battery life - I didn't use this thing for long periods of time because of how frustrating it was to hold and use, but I did charge it to 100% and use it for half an hour or so. It went down to 85%. From there, I turned it off completely and left if for a day. When I turned it back on, it had dropped to 40%. Now, I understand that battery life drops even when a product's not turned on, but I don't think it should have dropped that much in only 24 hours.

I settled on the Yoga Tab 3 Pro after looking for a mid-size Android tablet, larger than a big phone but smaller than a small laptop, and versatile enough for business travel.
First, the good: The display is one of the nicest I've seen, the build quality feels very solid, and the battery life is phenomenal (probably thanks to the Atom Cherry Trail processor and large battery). The projector is a neat extra feature, but not the main reason I bought this model.
Now, the not so good: I consistently had problems with poor touchscreen responsiveness (missed taps or drags), and apps slowing to a crawl or suddenly closing (especially browsers, both Firefox and Chrome). A little Googling shows that this is an ongoing problem with the Yoga Tab 3 Pro - search for the model name and "memory issues" to read more.
I mostly liked the tablet and would have kept it if not for these problems, because its battery life and display are both much better than average for Android tablets. They may get it fixed eventually, but since you're reliant on Lenovo to release updates when they choose to, I didn't want to risk being stuck with it, so I returned it before my time was up. Went with a Google Pixel C instead, which may have its own issues, but at least it should get more timely updates from Google.

The lenovo tab 3 pro is probably the best tablet out there for battery life 18 hrs. My kids dont complain anymore about there tablet dying. Also the resolution is amazing and 32 gb storage is just right but i would like 64gb if lenovo sold one. For the price its totally worth it and will be a keeper. Lastly the only issue i have is trying to find a case that is shockproof. Lenovo isnt so poplular as samsung so cases are limited.

I have had many different tablets over the last few years. In fact, I had the predecessor to this Tablet last year. While I enjoyed it, I ultimately returned it because I felt it was under powered for Android. This model is actually smaller in size but seems to be a better fit. Even though they don't play up the built Projector in this model, they really should. It truly separates them from their competition (Hello iPad). While you won't mistake the projected image for flat screen TV quality, it gets the job done. Great for walls and ceilings and even better for use in the office for presentations with a touch of a button. The built-in speaker arrangement is also an upgrade from last year. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? For me, an enthusiastic YES!

About this purely for the projector and wasn't disappointed however the tablet itself is pretty slow and can't compare to an iPad even though I hate iPads

Having the built in projector is loads of fun. I have two main issues with the tablet, battery and performance. They battery discharges very quickly and takes a long time to recharge. Also, the tablet frequently slows to a crawl and needs to be restarted. Otherwise everything works well.

Terrific tablet with clear and vibrant picture. Also has a projector built in so you can project movies and Netflix up to 120 inches! Assume!

I was looking forward to this, but it never powered up. When I returned to the store, I noticed a pile of open box items from Lenovo. That put me off, so I opted not to get a replacement.

Great device KILLED by lack of ex FAT file support
Posted .

The hardware is great. Build, display, speakers, battery life, design. The problem is the device only works with FAT32 format. This means no cards or external OTG storage will work unless formatted in the old and uncommon FAT32 format. I have a Note 4, Moto X Pure Edition, Galaxy Tab S8, Dell 7140 and laptops. All support ex FAT and all of my micro sd cards, thumbdrives and portable hardrives are exFAT. To make matters worse, FAT32 does not support 4GB files or larger. Kind of silly to design a device intended as a video media hub and hi def display and no 4GB or larger file support.
If Lenovo update with ex FAT support I will buy it again. Returning it today.

I've owned the Yoga Tab 3 Pro for just over a week. and I love it. The sound is great and the screen is outstanding. The projector is amazing once you enable the slide out tray to activate the projector and sound modes.

I purchased it about 6 months ago, since then no issues. Very lightweight, slim and super clear full HD image. Projector is not that great, but it has to fit in the tablet ofcourse.
