It crashed and needed to be sent back to manufacturer. Even the geek squad could not resolve the problem. I had to purchase a new computer to continue my business. The computer was fast and easy to use and when it's fixed I'll have another tool.

Brought it back to store and Geek Squad recommended my Lenovo. Didn't think I was interested but, tried it anyway! It is the best! Fast, easy and great price!

Good laptop

I did have to return the first one I purchased as it had a critical error message and would not reload within a month of purchase. The second one had to be recovered with assistance from Lenovo Customer service as it would not reload after a mandatory update. Customer service was very helpful and have not had any issues since that time.
