I like my new lenovo. I had my last laptop for several years and replaced it with this one. The only challenge I am having is getting used to the keyboard. The keys are a different style and I often am typing and letters are not registered because I did not push hard enough. And of course getting use to a new operating system is always fun.

The battery life is kinda short everything else is cool

It works for the person u got it for. I would get another if the same situation came up.

The list of features is good, and the computer works fine, but I feel that performance could be better. That said, I think it is well worth what I paid for it. The advantages for me over comparable models was that it had more RAM, a larger hard drive and a VGA-out port for use with an external or second monitor.

This is a good starter computer for a kid. It does the basics well.

I am impressed about the speed of this computer. Super fast for being under $300. It's faster than intel computers when it performs side by side tests.

Needed a more modern laptop. This is a good basic laptop with not all the added useless software added. Get the job done. Plastic in keyboard area does feel a bit flimsy and bends when typing. But all in all, a good laptop1

Just a month after my purchase the laptop will not function. After leaving it for a weekend I go to turn it on and only a black screen appears with the pointer hovering. But nothing ever comes up. Going to take it in to see what the problem is. Such a disappointment especially since I barely used it!

Good for multitasking, day to day tasks, not for gaming.

Purchased this primarily for work mainly for use of PDF, Office, and web. Hinges on the screen are sturdy and the power cord does not break like other rival companies. Only complaint is the mouse pad gets in the way of typing at times. Would highly recommend.

This is an excellent basic computer for internet work, email, word processing and spreadsheets. Start up is fast and it has a DVD drive.

I read reviews about this laptop and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Great picture quality, bright, like the keyboard and number keys on the side. Wishing the mouse was better. The left and right buttons take a bit more pressure than I'm used to..

Computer is used for light duty work most of which is on the cloud. Works just as good as $1k computer for what we use it for.

I like the design and sound on this laptop. It's thin and portable. The only thing I noticed the browsing slows down at times more so with Internet Explorer so I tend to use Firefox mozilla seems to run faster. Other than that I'm satisfied with it.

laptop is sturdy and fast i have no complaints. lenovo products are the best and i would recommend them to everyone

This is my first Lenovo product. The Lenovo Z50 came highly recommended by the sales agent. Upon first use of this laptop I found it was slow. As time progressed (6 weeks since purchased) I found that it was one of the worse laptops I've owned. This is coming from a person who has owned several Toshiba laptops in the last 10 years. The touch mouse pad is quirky and doesn't respond correctly. Please do not purchase this product.

I had problems getting the battery drained within a day of using it after purchase and additionally experienced automatic reboot of the laptop after waking up from sleep mode which was very annoying and inconvenient. Did not except this from BestBuy and Lenovo. It caused me undue hassle and waste of precious time and effort. Had no choice except to return it!

I needed to get a new laptop to finish school and this was a great price and does everything I need

I'm very pleased with my Lenovo. I didn't think I'd like Windows 10, but I've found it easy to use.

Even though Windows 10 is new to me, I am happy with this computer. The learning will happen.
