Unsure of this laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this laptop as an open box item and this was our first open box purchase and will be our last open box purchase that we ever try with Best Buy. We were ensured that the Geek Squad had went through this laptop before we bought it and it was not worth the hassle, so we can not and will not say that Lennovo is at fault as the Geek Squad did NOT do what they were supposed to. So that's why we gave 3 stars as we can not give a fair review of the Lennovo laptop.

Great Laptop

The system boots and shuts down quickly and effortlessly. Using MS Office is fast as is general net surfing. Watching videos on Nexflix and Prime are 100% reliable. Overall I'd recommend this product to anybody

Runs slow

It makes this beep noise when you ask it to do two things at once. I thought it was good for running several programs but apparently not. But overall it is a good laptop
