I bought for school and it has worked perfectly for this. Battery runs out a bit fast but usually near a power source so it doesn't really affect me. I wouldn't mind keyboard a bit closer together but all in all very happy! and Great price!

In addition to 8gb of ddr3, this entry level laptop has features that are fast dissappearing at this price point including a cd\dvd burner and removable battery. Processing speed is good with the A10 processor for video rendering, there is an hdmi port (I stream with this to my older lcd) and one usb3.0 port .. no idea why at this point of 3 usb's, as standard, this and many other systems seem to horde the 3.0 .. anyway decent unit with a clear picture and win 10 for the $$.. would recommend as light to moderate duty unit

Bought this for our 9 year old son. Has everything he needs for his games and school work. He would have liked a touch screen but I preferred that he use the track pad and keys. Not a fan of Windows 10 that comes with it.

Purchased this laptop as an alternative to my Dell M6800 (monster, heavy laptop) for traveling and other general purpose uses. This is my second Lenovo computer, the first was a netbook that my son now uses and this Z50-75. This is my first Windows 10 machine and I am pleased thus far. The Z50-75 comes standard with 8GB of RAM (2 x 4GB SODIMM), but I instantly upgraded to 12GB by swapping out one of the 4GB DIMMs to an 8GB chip. Performance overall is generally good, but heavy flash laden sites tend to bog it down. It has Radeon r5 graphics with 1GB shared from available RAM. This is sufficient for the typical user, but graphic intense applications will seriously impact performance. The AMD chipset performs well and easily handles all typical applications (MS Office, Skype, Google Earth). I ultimately upgraded the RAM to 16GB by swapping out the other factory 4GB DIMM for an 8GB chip and performance improved measurably. The unit is lightweight with sufficient screen size and good resolution. It is relatively thin and easily fits in my carryon backpack or business tote. I would recommend this unit as a good, all-around laptop that is easy to travel with.

This is my first time using windows 10 and I really like it. Also the computer is light to me.

Needed a laptop for work and got this one because of the speed and power to run my business applications. So far does everything I need, no complaints!

Went to Best Buy with an idea of what I wanted. Sales associate was very helpful in helping me choose which laptop was right for me. He said this one was "the most bang for its buck" and if he was in the market for a new laptop, that's the one he'd buy.

We purchased this computer as a replacement for our 9 year old. His computer wouldn't support the game we play online without causing a massive amount of lag and poor frame rate. We purchased this because of its specs. The a10 with the quadcore processor make gaming on this computer nearly. Flawless. He is thoroughly satisfied with his game play now. No complaints.

I work on a Mac most of the time, but needed to get a pc for coding...as it's just much easier to work with the programs I am currently using. Great value, and good computer.

My desktop took a dump and the wife needed a a new computer, went into best buy for a totally different laptop associate said if i was going to spend the money i was going to spend recommended this one the only draw back was the screen size but i got more bang for my buck..wife loves it!

Lots of storage, good processor, very good price for both. There's only two things I don't like about it: the keyboard feels cheap and Windows 10. Otherwise, a great value.

It had been a while since I owned a personal laptop--I usually relied on my school district to supply me with a laptop. I purchased this laptop due to its middling price range I didn't need anything fancy but I didn't want anything too cheap. I really love its functionality and display.

I got the Lenovo over others like HP partly because of the price. Plus it has a VGA adapter so I didn't need to buy a new monitor. It's a bit quirky. Part of that, I'm sure, is Windows 10. But part of it appears native to the computer and its automatic updates. (I also had to load Windows 10 THREE TIMES to get it to hold on first use.) It's fast enough for what I need: word processing, photo and audio editing and internet use. But it might leave gamers and others with more intensive needs dissatisfied.

Not bad for the price at all. It's not going to be on the same level as a surface pro, but it works for homework and my genealogy research. Overall I'm satisfied.

It's a nice laptop for the price. It's fast enough for multitasking and has a sufficient amount of space. My only complaint is that the battery seems a bit weak.

I'm giving this laptop "3 stars" mainly due to the speed and not because of quality. Though, I could be biased because I'm use to faster laptops. Was looking for a basic laptop to take on interviews when showing my portfolio. Little slower than I'd like but it gets the job done. Battery doesn't seen to last very long. Lots of easy features and great for the price.

it goes without saying that computers Allan get very expensive, are obsolete when they hit the market, and depreciate in value precipitously. Having said all of that, this computer is a good value for what it will be used for. My wife is not a gamer, and it has more than enough storage for basic word processing and storing photos. Solid buy.
