This was my first laptop. I am very satisfied. The sound could be better but when I want quality sound I pull out my Klipsch Image One Bluetooth headset and connect instantly. I am satisfied with video and battery life. I wish it was pure windows 10 and didn't have the Lenovo overlay. It is kind of like samsung touch wiz vs a pure android. I was especially happy that I got a deal on a certified opened product.

I have been searching for a good laptop at a reasonable price and this definitlely fits the bill. I also wanted the dvd/cdrom drive which is not too easy to find anymore. One month into it and so far I am very happy with my choice!

I love this laptop I use it to play games watch Netflix online browsing and it's great it's doesn't lag I haven't had any issues.

I love this computer, it was fairly inexpensive and it does everything I need it to. The graphics card leaves a little to be desired maybe but other than that I'm good to go.

AMD 10 processor good at video , OK at everything else. Quiet, quick but glary screen. Happy with value at $379.

It was a good price. processing unit is pretty quick plus a terabite in the hard drive. You cant beat it especially with the price.

This is a nice laptop and makes working with Windows 10 easy. I would suggest getting a longer life battery.

For the price the quality is excellent . The fact that it has the cd\DVD iterated was a major part of the decision. Had a Lenovo for my last laptop and it worked perfectly for 7 years. Only recently the display quit working. Hopefully it can still be repaired.

For the price and my requirements this laptop is very good. I have only owned it is what I expected. The only thing I am not sure about is the battery. It only lasts about two hours and not sure iof it is the way it is normal, still checking.

I got this laptop as an open box buy. It is incredible. It does all I want or need it to and then some - all at crazy fast speeds. And with tons of storage, plus space to add even more. I couldn't be happier. I was unsure about the AMD A10. I was pretty sure I wanted an i5 processor. But, I couldn't pass up the great deal I got. And, I'm so glad I took the chance! Very happy with this purchase and with Best Buy!

A little slow, but I traded a bit of speed for a bit better graphics. Good value.

the start up is not as fast as I thought it would be.battery seems to go quickly

My son loves it. He uses for his school work and gaming

My new laptop is far faster all around then my old HP, I had no trouble with my old. I figured it was for an upgrade.

bought this laptop to replace my desktop..great move. easy to operate

Bought this for my wife to replace a failed Windows PC. Really prefer to use my MAC but under the circumstances, needing a Windows PC, to run some software that is not available for the MAC, I am pleasantly surprised how well this machine functions. I removed the bloat ware and performed the suggested Windows settings tweaks and it works just fine and does just what I bought it for. Also a really great price.

Replaced my Toshiba with this one because price was better than their new ones. So far it is performing as expected. Windows 10 though is still a pain for me. Toshiba is 4 yrs old and keyboard is not working right anymore.
