This laptop works great and was easy to operate. Would highly recommend this laptop.

The laptop works great. It does exactly what I bought it for, which is to stream movies/television shows and to play games on. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the battery does not last anywhere near the length of time is is supposed to last. The battery discharges 1% for every minute it is being used. That's a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes before it dies. That's not enough time to watch most movies without having to be plugged in.

Everything seemed to work fine on the unit. I used it to download a few thousand pictures. Quality was good.

Well I got this at a good price compared to others and has a good system only thing it didn't have was adequate memory to run programs smoothly with out lag I got two 8gb memory cards and it runs much faster on 16gb and does not have as much lag playing movies ,games and acuratcy important programs such as programs to retune and remap and monitor peramiters in your car through the ecu in order to get it right with the least chance at mistake just to make sure I am getting the feed back in as acuratcy time as possible with minimum lag I I'll be installing two 16gb memory cards for a total or 32 GB of memory and yes it can support a max or 32 Gb of memory and I am also going to install a 1T SSD hard drive that will improve the efficiency and battery life of this system by a long shot

This laptop is okay, would be better if battery life lasted a little longer. 3-4 is not enough for students in college.

Decent laptop for the price, however it isnt without its fair share of glitches, lock ups and freezes. Unsure if the trouble is related to Windows 10, or the laptop itself. I have another Lenovo running win8 that does the same thing, leading me to believe its a Lenovo thing. Also, too much bloatware on these Best Buy laptops. I would hesitate to recommend, but would give it a green light... a dim green light.

Love the Laptop. The display is very good and keypad is very tacktile and responsive. I find no fault with the Lenovo but with Windows. It is Microsoft and Windows 10 that is sucking the life out of my ability to have the laptop function the way I want it to. Windows 10 insists on determining how IT thinks I want my apps to work. Not the other way around.

I was in need of a new laptop. I have no idea what I wanted but knew I had a budget to stay within. I went to my local Best Buy and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding different laptops. This laptop is a great laptop for me. I am not a gamer I just needed something for personal use.

We were in store several times comparing features, prices and picture quality. While we had no intentionS of picking this particular set everything kept bringing us back to it. We are very glad we made this choice. Everything about this set is really nice. Every program, movie or sporting event looks better on it!
