This vacuum is a must have in your home! The vacuum arrive in many parts, but assembly of the vacuum and stand will take you less than 5 minutes. The vacuum comes with two batteries, and the stand has an additional charging spot, so you will never be without power. I love the front lights on the head of the vacuum, as they point out dirty spots that may have been previously overlooked. The flexibility of the device is endless, as it can lay flat and pivot, easily reaching under the couch or other heavy items that you want to get under. This vacuum has been a great addition to my home cleaning routine!

Awesome vacuum! I've had this for a few days now, and have used it in a few different areas. I have a mix of hardwood and carpet in my home, and it works great on both. Picks up pet hair like a breeze and works surprisingly well on crumbs and small stuff on the hardwood in my kitchen. It feels very sturdy and high quality, but not too bulky. I like that this comes with an extra battery, as they take a little while to charge.

Love the easy access from stand accessory. A slight learning curve in using this type of stick vacuum: you feel the weight up near your hand, but not a problem for me, but might be a problem for someone with hand or wrist problems.

Works great on wood floors, not so great on carpet if you have a pet. Pet hair, even from short hair pet, will clog it and you will have to take it apart and clean it out.

LOVE this vacuum! We have 3 dogs and so far this vacuum has been an absolute life saver. We have tried other brands and none seem to pick up everything in the first pass like this one. We love how flexible this vacuum is and it actually makes cleaning fun and not frustrating. It adapts to the different floor types in our home which makes cleaning a breeze. No need to switch the vacuum head or switch settings. Super easy to assemble, less than 5 minutes. Must buy!! Easily the newest staple in our home.

This is a great vacuum. I was using a high end stick vac from a well known brand for a few years, and it would constantly jam because of the amount of dog hair it was picking up. I've used this one for over a week and it hasn't jammed once. That is definitely saying something considering the amount of fur in my home! There are a few features I really like. The lights at the bottom of it allow you to see more debris to vacuum. There is a switch in the middle of the stick that allows you to bend it to reach hard to reach places like under the couch or entertainment stand. Finally, the auto suction detection works very well and kicks in when it feels a dirtier than normal surface. For the amount of suction, it is very quiet. This has now become my primary vac. The amount of features this has + the performance for the prices makes this a fantastic vacuum. I would highly recommend looking at this vacuum if you are in the market.

I’ve only had this thing a few months and it’s been giving me problems. There’s barely any suction, and almost instantly clogs anytime I try to use it. I took all the pieces apart and cleaned everything out and it’s still barely working. Wish I hadn’t wasted so much money on a piece of junk.

Not very good. Battery only lasts about 10 mins on full power. You have to keep it on full power, If it's not on full power, it doesn't pick up anything.

replaced my dead Dyson stick vac with this and boy was it a mistake! suction power is way less ! the suction really wasn't the worst. I have 3 pets in the house so there is always fur flying around. this vacuum does pick it up but when you go to empty the dirt collector the hair gets stuck between the walls of the bin and the thing in the middle. I have to dig my hand in the dirt bin to pull out the hair. it is awful! I will be returning this and going back to the Dyson .

My vaccum is not pucking up, i tried to start an exchange or return and was told I can no longer return this product. So im kind of upset, if i can give a 0 for a rwview I would, no i have ro spens extra money to buy a new vacuum cleaner, im no longer shopping at Best Buy .

I have been looking for a stick vacuum for a while and am so happy with this one! I previously had the Dyson which I didn't love because it didn't pick everything up. This vacuum gets EVERYTHING in one pass which is so nice.
