Charging stopped working after 1 month

Very disappointed. It looks great but your phone can sit in it all night and it doesn’t charge. I am using a Qualcomm 3.0 block as well. I bought some cheaper phone sanitizers that have no issues for other rooms in the house but this one was supposed to be used by the family in the main living space. Looks beautiful but not worth it if you are getting it for both the charging and sanitizing feature. Also several of our phones needed the case removed before placing in the charger/sanitizer. Too much of a hassle.

Don’t recommend! Charger stops working

The purported charger that fails to do the job

Fortunately, I was able to return it to a local Best Buy store on the following day.

Phone charger that doesn't charge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This thing is straight garbage. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it doesn't charge. It'll charge for about 2-5 seconds then stop, then start again, then stop. Tried repositioning the phone a hundred times and nothing, both with and without a case. You either can't see the UV light or it doesn't work on mine. Pressed the button on the bottom a bunch and I couldn't see that anything was happening even in the dark. I would seriously consider another phone charger/cleaner if you own an iPhone.
