Very happy with purchase . Picked up from store immediately after placing order. Very easy to use and it cooks evenly. Customer service pick was very helpful and even loaded it in the car for me . Only concerns that I have is being unable to see food when it is cooking . Not sure if a brighter bulb inside would eliminate that issue.

We were torn about which microwave to get. We needed one to fit on the counter, but not so big that it would take up the entire counter. We also needed something large enough to handle our normal cooking tasks. This worked out to be a good balance of price, size, power, and features. There are a couple of things I don't like, but I'd say they're somewhat minor. The glass on the door is pretty dark and very hard to see inside when something is cooking. I realize it's a mirrored look, but it would be nice if the light inside could make it so we could see the food heating. The buttons are a little hard to read unless you're at the right angle and pretty close to the microwave because of the mirrored finish. The mirrored finish also attracts fingerprints like crazy. They clean up easily, but do show quite a bit, especially with small kids around. None of those detract from the function of the microwave to heat food, but could make a difference to some.

This microwave works great for the job it's supposed to do. It cooks well and it's easy to figure out how to press the buttons to accomplish what you want to do. My only complaint is that because the front is heavily mirrored you can't really see inside unless the room around you is quite dark. If you'd rather see yourself and the room around you rather than into the oven, this is perfect. So, for example, if this is mounted at eye-level over a counter you work at while cooking and talking to co-workers/friends, it's perfect. If you don't believe the adage that a watched pot never boils and like to watch, get one you can see into.

This microwave is easy to use, has a cool design, and is just the right size for our countertop. If I had to give a con it would be that the door is reflective even when cooking, so you can't see what is being cooked when the microwave is on.

Lg 1.4 cu. ft. mid-size microwave, looks good on the counter. Not to big and bulky on the counter. Inside lot's of room for large plates. Used mostly now for heating up food. Heats quickly and beeps if you forget your food. Outside, very slick look. Looks like mirror glass finish,when not on. A good buy for the buck! If any draw back air comes out from the front , most microwave do this.

I unfortunately had to purchase a new microwave. I looked at a few places before deciding on the LG brand. It was a good value, great looking and easy to clean. The features are easy to navigate.

Attractive microwave looks great on counter next to refrigerator. Works great cleans up easily. Perfect size for any counter top. Riuns quietly and cooks food perfectly. Great price and hopefully lasts for a long time. Lots of options for complete use I would highly recommend this product to friends and family.

After moving to a new place I did a quick search to find a microwave that would be inexpensive yet well manufactured. This LG microwave was not only had very good reviews but also on sale (9/2016) Has several pre-set features that we all commonly and works well (popcorn, rehear, defrost, etc.) no need to +/- seconds to the settings. I'll admit I only read the manual for warnings and just tested as many controls with the "man" manual... overall I find myself warming most refrigerated leftovers for 30 seconds and comes out fine. Pros: - Lighter than it looks but well built - Relatively easy to clean, just don't leave splatter in microwave too long. - Easy pre-sets to learn and use Cons: With the metallic grey color I got, finger prints are inevitable (window cleaner fixes that) No complaints here especially for the price and my usage. I would recommend this microwave as a contender if you were comparing.

I bought this LG to replace a five year old unit that had a few rust spots. Big size, high power, right color, great price. Couldn't go wrong. Boy was I surprised! Far better than I really expected. More up-to-date user-friendly controls than I'm used to. Fast, quiet, and seems well made. The only gripe I can find (and its a 'feature') is that you can't see through the door when its working. A mirror finish. Real classy, but at the expense of convenience. Could also have something to do with the high energy efficiency.

This works well and it gets used a lot. We reheat a lot of prepared foods.

I love this microwave. It was unfortunately an emergency purchase because the one I previously had broke down but I couldn't be happier. The microwave is HUGE on the inside, lots of room to microwave almost anything you need and it is very easy to clean. The way the window is designed makes the front get lots of fingerprints on it (which is just an annoyance to me), but could not be happier. I recommend getting the measurements of where you want to put your microwave to be sure this will fit because, once again, this microwave is pretty large. Luckily, it fit perfectly where I put it.

Nice microwave, great wattage and as it is a larger microwave you never have to worry about dishes not fitting in. We almost went with a samsung with a ceramic interior but went with this model instead, it is surprisingly easy to clean.

I bought this unit for a rental house I own. The old microwave was really old and gross due to years of use and abuse. This is a nice clean looking microwave, and the tenant likes everything white. They were very happy and I have had no complaints. It has good power, size, and was a reasonable price.

I am a huge aesthetics person and i was searching for a dark interior and while exterior microwave and this one was exactly what I was envisioning, but the only con is the numbers are hard to read, I can see my reflection better than the numbers. besides that works perfectly

This is a great mid-sized microwave. It has many one button features that really work. For quick heating it has a 30sec feature, but for any setting if it's not enough it allows you to add 10sec or even take away 10 sec to adjust cooking time. It heats quickly and pretty evenly. All of the features are pretty easy to figure out.

A very good value for the size and wattage of this microwave. I was a little disappointed that it didn't seem to be as powerful as the last LG I bought with the same cubic feet and wattage as this one. Overall, I am satisfied with it and the style is nice too.

Easy set up. Love the fetures. Pretty spacious. Heats up your food and not your plate. So far so good.

Beautiful, works perfectly! Worth the price. The size is exactly what my wife was looking for.

This microwave is working out great so far, easy to use, nice looking. The cons are the light inside is not super bright, the legs don't have any anti-slip padding so it slides all over, and it shows fingerprints. I hope it lasts a long time.
