We had very specific measurement and wattage needs so we were somewhat limited. This is a nice looking microwave that fit our space, looks good and not alot of extra features we would not have used. It was a good choice.

This microwave is very easy to use with simple controls. The stainless look is very stylish. Priced a little higher than other brands I looked at but worth it given the quality and looks.

I was in the market to replace an old GE under the counter unit. I decided on a countertop style instead as the UTC units are big, bulky, get in the way while cooking and are costly. This unit is less than 3/4 the size of my old unit but has the same interior size. It has good features and works well. My only complaint are the buttons. They are touch sensitive and black with low contrast printing on them. If you need readers or have low light you will not be able to see them easily. Other than that great unit.

My wife and I live via microwave cooking, so when our microwave died, we set our right away to find a replacement. This model fit our size requirements, and we liked its features, so we took it home. It works great for all kinds of cooking, but our favorite feature is the Popcorn button. It's not just a dumb timer like most similar buttons; this button uses sensors to determine when the moisture and temperature indicate the popcorn is ready. So far, it seems to do a great job. The only thing that's a bit annoying is the sound the turntable motor makes while it's running. We've had several turntable type microwaves, but this one is by far the noisiest. This doesn't seem to affect efficiency, though, so I can live with it, but with four stars instead of five.

Wish I had taken more time looking around, but was in a pinch. The display of the controls is very dark, small and hard to read. But the oven works well and I like the size of the inside, especially the curved back.

This microwave performs very well. It's size is large but it surprisingly does not seem to take up so much space on the counter. The screen and buttons are very user-friendly.

I love this microwave, I have other LG products and decided due to my satisfaction with LG to try the microwave. This replaced a Panasonic that I had to slam the door very hard to get it to shut and even then sometimes the light would not go off. This LG microwave shuts very easily and have been very happy with the features as well!

Have had the microwave in use for about a month. Power is good for most items, and programmed buttons for cook items work. Popcorn feature works just right. If microwave is placed in a poorly lighted area, buttons are not lighted and are extremely difficult to see in dim light. Power cord is right angled as it plugs in, allowing microwave to be pushed closer to wall when power is located behind microwave. Nice feature for our use. Our prior microwave was an LG (about 2.5 years old), but suddenly began operating whenever the door was opened. Hoping this microwave does better on longevity or will be our last LG appliance.

Perfect size and power. Easy to clean interior. Easy to use panel.

I have used Sharp brand for years and decided to go with an LG. Things I like are the easy to clean interior, and it's concave in the back without taking up a huge amount of counter space. It heats nicely and evenly. What I don't like is the buttons are very difficult to see unless you are even with them - and sitting on a counter and looking down you can't see them very well. It shows finger prints too but wipes clean easily. It will be fine but I will probably go back to Sharp for my next microwave.

Picked this microwave because it was exactly the size I needed to fit cutout. I love the dark interior and how big the inside is. The number pad could have the numbers show brighter but that is my only complaint.

I love this Microwave. It matches my kitchen. Every appliance I have is black and stainless steel. Cooks food well. Has an easy on button that turns on for 30 seconds. Love all the other options available as well. Its a larger size microwave which I may not need but prefer having. The best part is its easy to clean up messes inside!!!!!

The microwave oven is the size I was looking for and the color black that I wanted but the side where the panel is to program the oven is also black and the numbers and writing is very small too small to see without putting a light on it to see what you are trying to set. Also when the oven is on it is very noisy while it is running. I wish I would have noticed these problems before I purchased this I may have looked for something else that I could see better and hear less.

I am happy with the microwave. I use it everyday and it performs as expected. The size is perfect for us. It is not loud as some of the reviews I read. I like this microwave and will recommend it

We purchased this microwave for appearance and the additional features. So far we have zero complaints. Our kitchen isn't huge and this was a size that balances being able to heat larger items and not taking up too much counter space. Having stainless look on the top & sides makes it a nicer look for the counter as well.

This microwave has done a great job on everything we've tried in it. The stainless steel finish looks good with our other appliances, and it is easy to keep clean. Our only complaint is the keypad - it is hard to read. It needs to be backlit or have a lighter printing on it so it's easier to see. Other than that, it's great.
