The installation was horrible! They damaged the Microwave, did not install the exhaust fan properly! So it bring all the smoke inside instead of out side! Which I have it ready and all they had to do is Connect it! Called to complain but there is no one to response! The product itself works very good!

This LG microwave can do it all! Use this for roasting my meats and cooking casseroles. Especially in South Florida with the heat I don’t have to turn on my large oven this is perfect and heats up everything quickly and evenly.

I love it so far. Time will tell, but it's what we were looking for.

This item was a replacement for a different brand. Replacing the bracket was straightforward. The template and instructions were clear, so installation was not too difficult for tall, strong individuals. So far all the typical microwave options work well and effectively. The "warm" function is very handy. Have not used the convection to cook yet. I don't normally eat the foods that fall under "air fry" (frozen, pre cooked items like wedge fries or chicken nuggets), so haven't used it yet.

We purchased in September 2022, and were very happy with the look, performance, and functions. Unfortunately, last week, the buttons stopped working. Thankfully, its still under the MFR warranty. We contacted LG and they sent a service technician out within a few days. The diagnosis is that we need to a new door. Will provide an update to the review to let ya'll know how the repair goes. This is pretty upsetting given the cost of the microwave, but I guess we're lucky it happened before the warranty expired.

Love having the air fryer option here! We have limited counter space, so this has helped tremendously. Just beginning to learn all the capabilities - hoping it will be a great addition when hosting family!

Airfryer could be better, but it works decently. Everything else is great, and I couldn't be happier. The app has actually been convenient, and I love that the accessories are of great quality as well.

I purchased an LG Convection OTR microwave/air-fry online from Best Buy and was very impressed by the service I received. The microwave is not only beautiful but also cooks food to perfection. I therefore give this microwave my highest rating and recommendation.

The air fryer works superbly in this microwave. Love the melodious sounds and much quieter than previous models.

Have had for couple weeks, absolutely love it! All features work great. Love that it came with accessories the rack , pan & steamer was a bonus I did not expect.

It is a learning curve and exciting one. Design is sleek and linear. I tried several options and so far it produce good result. I am not into The internet linking everything so I am not using that feature. I am pleased so far. Thank you

I was impressed by the capacity of this microwave. It is attractive and easy to operate. I was glad it can also function as an air fryer.

It's great - looks sleek. Works well and is not noisy. I have not yet used the air fry feature but for everything else I am quite happy with it. Also installation was great and the Best Buy staff did a great job.
