Looks nice and slick with the glass front and no plastic buttons. Seems like more power than our “old” GE. No difference in noise of operation or exhaust fan (probably one supplier to for those across all brands). I installed myself and found no issues with the template, take your time to measure and it should go up easy. I’m using this in an IKEA kitchen renovation and I used the filler bracket for over the range microwaves from IKEA. Be sure to cut or bend off the tabs you don’t need on this microwave or it’ll get stuck. Obviously you can use the supplied bracket for a standard install and won’t have anything else to do.

My wife enjoyed the new microwave ease to use, always reliable in heating up food evenly, effortless to use.

This lg microwave is great, matches our previously purchased stove perfectly, even thought it a bot newer.

Purchased this supposedly Excellent condition Microwave with everything included as per the listing. Even asked at the time of pick up. Incorrect. Wall mount is missing and screw adapter for top mount is missing, not installed in the device. Visited another lical BestBuy to request help with this. Part not available, can not get it fixed and can not help with pickup. Also a friendly message that as I am saving with open box, I should deal with the pain and lost time to make it work. As trusting bestbuy I already dismounted old microwave, I am left with two Microwaves stiing at my dining table taking huge space in my small space on 1st floor. The only option left it is return it within 15 days tgey offer. My shoulder now hurts and no help to return it due to the long weekend. Their phone number on Sunday is Sales only, no customer service. Have wasted so much time on call, in store, and in my own efforts to get a handyman to still get it installed. DO NOT TRUST their "excellent" listing. I am also being redirected to the store that sold it instead of BestBuy taking ownership, this was an order on bestbuy.com. Horrible experience so far (1) With condition of the item (2) With help from store (3) With Best Buy. Will I consider or recommend BestBuy for my next heavy appliance purchase- No.

This LG over the range Microwave was replaced with my old GE brand I am glad that I chose the LG brand . It looks nice in my kitchen with the stainless steel design. Few of the cool features I liked in the oven was the adjustable light below the device & the pleasing sound/music at the start / end of the run. Brought it at a good discount on Black Friday deal!

Love , love love new microwave. Are last microwave was 30 yrs old. It has so many different opinions. Works better than the old one plus I love that all my appliances are now stainless steel.

Love that the screen is glass, its a little but more of a hassle to clean cause it shows fingerprints, but so worth it. The vent works as good as a circulating vent will. Just compilents a nice kitchen. Currently getting kitchen done so sorry for the bad picture

Awesome microwave! Dim light inside but overall great microwave and excellent value. Love how it looks with all my other LG appliances and love how you can get notifications /control it on an app too
