I would purchase this product again. LG necer steered me wrong!

Our GE microwave quit working after 22 years of normal use. Read a lot of reviews and this model got pretty good reviews EXCEPT the loud noise while in use. We decided to get it anyway. Friends it IS loud! We used this microwave for 8 months and it suddenly quit heating food during the holidays! I spent more than an hour with LG support to diagnose the issue. It was determined that a repair tech (arraigned by LG) was required. Their first available is two weeks. I called LG customer service and asked if they could arrange a sooner date. Could not. Very disappointed. We purchased an LG washing machine and dryer and refrigerator this year. If this is the way LG stands behind their warranties we will not be buying ANY LG products again. I will update this review as warranted.

Very nice microwave. Quiet. Easy to install. The smart features are usefil and easy to integrate with other LG appliances. The only small thing, the light over the range is not bright. I replaced the halogen with an LED bulb, but it still isn't as bright as i would like.

The selection of this built-in microwave was easy and efficient. The BB employee who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and provided the right amount of guidance as the selection was made. He also scheduled us for installation on a Saturday morning which was most convenient because we both work. The install team arrived early (excellent!!!) and were both competent and clean with their work (which involved making some mess when drilling). The microwave is quite good but worthy of a few comments. First, the control panel (touch panel) is a fingerprint/grease magnet. We're constantly wiping the heck out of it because it just attracts gook. And it seems like this unit isn't as strong or efficient as we would have expected, moving up from a very small and old countertop version. We expected this to be a cooking beast, handling even small jobs (warming up cans of soup) quickly, but we find ourselves adding time to almost every job. We just have to adjust our expectations (and cooking time) which isn't the end of the world.

Microwave works great and was not too difficult to install. It is the perfect size and improves the look of our kitchen compared to the older bulky one we replaced it with.

Very nice overall. Very quiet. The sensor cooking is basically magic. Pretty simple to install as well provided you're replacing an existing over-the-range microwave. Only annoyance is that you have to link it to an app on your phone to turn off the beeps.

Our Samsung microwave gave up the ghost after 5 years. We got this LG model and are thrilled. Itis so much quieter, as large as our old Samsung, and was less expensive that what we paid for the prior one. The display is sharper, very easy to use.

I have 2 of these and about to buy a 3rd. They work good. They look good. They clean easy.

Purchased this LG Microwave on 4/4/2023. It was a direct fit which replaced my worn out 14 year old microwave. I like the 2 fan exhaust fans, but would like to have more light below and in the microwave, but its all good. This LG cooks faster than my old one. Still exploring the settings/options it has. I like the notifications letting you know your food is ready. You can scan a barcode and it will adjust cooking settings for that item. Still have to investigate it. I will update in 1 month. Overall, excellent so far.

Overall amazing microwave. Easy to install (husband is an electrician) and easy to use. Only downfall is if you have kids get used to cleaning the front of it daily lol. Not fingerprint proof.

Cooks fast and hot and easy to use. Looks great above the stove

We purchased the microwave along with 3 other LG appliances for a kitchen makeover. All of them look impressive and fit our needs but the microwave, though it works great, has several shortcomings. Although the microwave cooks quickly and consistently, there is no backlight on the keypad and the letters are so dark that the overhead light is needed to use the keypad if the light coming in through adjacent rooms is obstructed such as on a cloudy day. Additionally, the roller ring under the plate inside the microwave is sometimes easily moved out of place when removing large bowls or heavy plates. It is then not easy to get the roller ring back into correct position so that the plate rotates evenly. Also, it takes three buttons to set a time to cook anything. For example, to set the timer to 30 seconds, it is necessary to first press the "Cook Time" button and then the "3" and "0" buttons because buttons 1, 2, 3 are preset to a certain number of minutes unless the "Cook Time" button is pressed first. I would purchase the same product again because it looks good and easily fits our needs. We have had the microwave for about 11 months.

Happy wife, happy life! That's why a 5-star rating. Works great, nice modern look, inside and out. Good instructions, straightforward installation. I would like a brighter bottom light and a description of a replacement bulb. I plan on installing a brighter LED once I figure it out. I found a majority of negative reviews as nit-picky.
