Better than the standard speakers but nothing to brag about. But the joy lasted about 4 months. Sound started dropping out, with voices appearing to come through a tunnel and sounding very distant. While it worked, it was 3 stars, specially considering the low price. But any device good for only 4 months can not rate higher than 1 star. Volume control also difficult to set and there's no visual feedback of the volume settings.

It stopped working on 4/22/24, so it was sent to LG for warranty repair. Took 6-8 weeks between sending and receiving. Same product stopped working on 11/5/24. Sent it to LG for the 2nd time for repair. Another 8 weeks before product was returned. Today is 06/19/25 - product is not functioning again. Called LG and they said product is out of warranty.....I asked for a supervisor and explained that the product has been returned twice already for the same issue. As a "courtesy", after speaking with a supervisor, they said they will offer one last "free" repair. Goodness gracious! I told them that I'm not willing to wait another 2 months for them to fix the speaker, knowing full well that this will happen again. For what it's worth, both the 1st and 2nd time they "repaired" the speaker, they replaced the digital board - which tells me their parts are defective. Not worth the trouble of owning. LG does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware.
