Decided to save a little money, so I ordered an open box sound bar. Even though the "Open Box - Excellent" condition claims that it will include all original contents, there was no instruction manual, and most importantly, there was no remote included. Since there are no physical buttons on the sound bar itself, it is completely inoperable without the remote - I can't even turn it on to adjust the settings in order to program my TV remote to control it. I started a chat with Best Buy requesting a remote be sent or a partial refund be given so that I can order a remote online, but the only way they would offer to resolve my issue is if I drove to a Best Buy store. The closest Best Buy to me is over an hour away. Needless to say, I am pretty disappointed with their unwillingness to take care of this without any more inconvenience for me. Instead of dealing with any more hassle, I think I'll just eat the extra cost and order a remote from eBay or Amazon.

Purchased this for a Christmas gift and they love it! Use it all the time! I am a GIANT LG fan.

Ive had it for two years, if i added up all the time its worked seamlessly it would be about a month. Optical plug used the whole time and it regularly disconnects. Its trash. Im glad best buy no longer carries it.

I use this in my living room. It has a good level of clarity. I haven't had any issues with the soundbar, but I do occasionally have issues syncing it to the subwoofer. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Sound is crisp and clear with relatively deep bass and good high notes. Dialogue is MUCH better than on the TV speakers. Highly recommend.

Amazing addition to your viewing pleasure. Forget the tinny built-in TV speaker. You will be amazed and pleased with the sound quality these produce.

Good sound bar, connect to bedroom TV and I can adjust the sound to minimum and still get all sound details.

Excellent sound for a good price. Using the optical cable you need to take off the plastic tip protector for it to connect properly.

This soundbar is good not bad, lacks thump and depth. But for the price you get what you pay for.

This soundbar works excellent. I've bought others before and the sound never worked very good. But this one overall is excellent. The sound on it is GREAT and the quality is fantastic it makes my TV and move experience that much better!

I bought this LG 2.0 soundbar for a friend. I had it installed by Best Buy. My friend reported that it is easy to use, and added the perfect sound and volume for her apartment setting. I have watched TV at her apartment and found it to be a purchase well worth buying.

Got this in a Christmas deal. It's a great sound bar for the price! Fills up the living room with rich sound. Don't expect bass from this thing. Overall, for a sub $80 sound bar it's amazing.

Great sound bar! It was the right price and shipped fast. We use it in a bedroom. Not sure if it’s strong enough for a larger room.
