Wrong! Unit sound quality is fair, I’ll give it that but, it doesn’t get very loud and the “deep bass” setting made no difference. Whether the “deep bass” setting was on/off it sounded the same, very trebly. Product IMO was no different than sound that came out of the TV speakers. Would not recommend this product to a friend or family member. Returned this product.

It does the job but not what I was expecting from LG. Its not that loud and it just didn't sound right. Ended up getting a SONY HT CT290 soundbar and subwoofer instead.

Better than the standard speakers but nothing to brag about. But the joy lasted about 4 months. Sound started dropping out, with voices appearing to come through a tunnel and sounding very distant. While it worked, it was 3 stars, specially considering the low price. But any device good for only 4 months can not rate higher than 1 star. Volume control also difficult to set and there's no visual feedback of the volume settings.
