Poor quality soundbar

However, it died a little over a year after I bought it. Currently shopping for a sound bar to replace this one. Won’t be buy an LG sound bar again.

I liked the idea of having the LG tv remote seamlessly integrate with the sound bar. I figured that LG couldn’t possibly sell a sound bar that sounded worse than the speakers on my relatively low end TV. I was wrong. The sound bar was a huge step down. I wanted a sound bar without a subwoofer, I just don’t have room for one so I didn’t expect it to sound as good as my older Samsung sound bar. My expectations really weren’t high. In the end I bought a soundbar from elsewhere. I would have bought from bestbuy without hesitation if they had something that met my needs. While this time the purchase didn’t work out Best Buy has become my go to place for electronics purchases if it is something I really need to see before buying or want quickly.

It only uses one screw location per side when attaching to the TV mount which allows the soundbar to shift a little more than I’d like. If it had two mounting points per side it would be much more stable.

I just wanted to enhance my tvs 55 inch 4k tv , crappy speaker, but this was not worth the penny spent on it. It’s crap. I moved it to my tiny tv in the kitchen and it’s ok there.

However, i don't really think it adds much sound quality. I bought it to boost loudness in a bigger room, but in all honesty I think if I blasted my TV louder it would be the same.

The first thing I did not like was how bulky it was. It was no louder than my own tv speakers and was not happy with the tone. I ended up returning and buying a Samsung.
