Not very good sound for my ears

Hoping to replace an inexpensive Vizio sound bar I have, but turns out the Vizio was much better. Bought it used for 40 bucks and so thought the LG would be a step up

Really helps the volume on small TV

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is no better than TV sound, sound is flat, volume loud enough for the room used in, don't expect seat vibrating sound, connected to TV using optical cable. Sound not acceptable for music either, is flat not rich, connected via Bluetooth. Thought Bass Blast feature would add some quality to the sound, it didn't alter the sound at all, guess need a subwoofer for that feature to work. Speakers are located on the side ends, they are not forward facing. So will predominantly hear one side or the other if you are not sitting in front of the TV, Will be returning the soundbar.
