First, I Installed the Tv in a cabinet and the sound quality was horrible! Bought this soundbar to provide a little more "sound" power and project the sound out the front of the TV cabinet. High-end sound quality was never the goal, I just want to hear ungarbled TV dialog ... not happening! The sound quality is still horrible! To add insult to injury, the Best Buy associate who helped with the purchase informed me that I would also need an HDMI cable, so I also purchased the 4-foot, $30.00 cable. (A really ridiculous price for a 4 ft HDMI cable, in my opinion). But not to worry about the cable, because when I got home and unboxed/installed everything, I found out that the soundbar has no provision for an HDMI cable. So, thanks Roku, LG and Best Buy for turning a very simple task into an exercise in frustration. I would have returned it all but the 50-mile journey, and the general sense of unpleasantness I get from returning to the Best Buy store just wasn't worth it.

Does not have surround sound capability. Wish this was told at time of purchase. Would probably chose the next level sound bar.
