love it so far- hook up and connection was painless- tv output was easy to switch- never used an optical audio cable before, but was easy to figure out- bluetooth connected easily- not a lot of bass, but that is unsurprising given that there is no sub

Picked this sound bar because the description stated there was an app to control the sound bar. We have found it really difficult to control our old sound bar so that seemed attractive. Available lg app only connects Bluetooth and rarely actually works. Much easier to just pair via usual process. So, still pressing buttons on the front or remote to cycle through options, and NOT controlling the sound bar via an LG app. Also, the power cord is attached, not detachable. And although the optical port is inset, the power cord sticks straight out the back of the unit. This may impact your installation, esp if your cables are run inside the wall. Will update re performance once it's actually working.

Bought this to back up the sound on a 38 inch Vizio Smart TV that had awful built-in speakers. Installed the sound bar and in minutes I had fantastic sound the Soundbar plays great music but most importantly I can actually hear and understand the words on movies with Netflix what a great inexpensive solution especially at half off during labor day

Purchased this sound bar to accentuate the sound for our Amazon echo dot and it works flawlessly. We tell Alexa to connect to speaker and wham, our playlist music is now enhanced throughout our room. Simple to hook up with Alexa and sounds great. Got it on a special sale of the day so it's definitely worth it for me.

Recently installed in my man cave garage. Looks and sounds great and for the price it can't be beat! I highly recommend it!

Feels like I am in a cinema, love the sound. At 100 watts, it vibrates each sound byte crystal clear. I just wish I had a sub-woofer. But overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

This device does a average job at filling a room with sound. But it does not have a subwoofer boom to it and the 100 watts does not really show up in the sound. It can get loud, but has a limit and you will not be able to really go full max volume thru bluetooth. Maybe on the Optical cable feed.

Priced right and adds 100 Pure Powerful wattage to your Smart TV, or whatever device you wish to use it with. Quite modern looking and as we all know flat screen televisions deliver sound from the REAR of the TV; whereas this soundbar pushes the sound DIRECTLY at you! Older people can benefit, as well as younger ones who want to "Pump up" the sound!

I picked up this soundbar for our cabin TV. It works perfectly and we have enjoyed the versatility (the kids stream music from their phones and that works well too). It was simple to set up, simple to use, and has done a nice job of replacing the TV's limited audio capability.

Purchased online opened box. Even though it said excellent condition/no parts missing, it was missing wall mount. Im thinking of sending it back to the store. Smh.. be careful.

Well, it certainly was a slight upgrade from my TV speakers, but nothing too impressive. Although not happy with it, I was gonna keep it anyways because I got it for a good price... yeah I am greedy SOB ))) But today I learned that my neighbors can easily invade my personal space and play THEIR music on MY device thru Bluetooth... not cool LG. The pairing with the device is not secure in any way. It is going back to Best Buy!

The Soundbar amplifies sound but not nearly with the sound quality I expected. It isn't as loud or has as much base as I anticipated. I have a Sony Soundbar I use for on my main TV which is great. This LG Soundbar was purchased for my bedroom and I am disappointed in the overall quality even being placed in a smaller room.

Mine didn’t come with an optic cord or screws for mounting.

Bought this for the living room tv but it made horrible noise, figured it wasn’t capatable. I have an LG tv in the bedroom so hooked it up to the Lg tv, worked fine. After about a month it started turning off while watching tv, now after 2 months of having the sound bar it won’t power on. Very disappointed

Unpleasantly surprised by the sound quality of this. It sounds very hollow & tinny for such a large speaker. I recently purchased a $20 portable bluetooth speaker that sounds better than this. When connected to the TV, the sound quality is poor & when connected via bluetooth to a mobile device, it is terrible. Included cables are of low quality. The bar is also longer than expected. Will definitely be returning.

Very bad distortion on analog stations. High treble but no bass on digital input.

Poor sound quality. I have heard better at half the price.
