He was right. This device has been great. We use it very often. It's very powerful and does the job efficiently. We probably would not have purchased this unit if it would not have been for the expert advice and help from Timothy and his boss Billy. Every time my wife and I visit the Aventura store #558 we are treated like family. It's the best place in the world to shop. I've been all over the world and I can honestly say that these Best Buy Aventura employees and managers are second to none. Many congratulations to Raphael (GM) for developing such a wonderful staff.

A great general purpose microwave oven.

My only complaint about this unit is I would have preferred the clock display to be Always On, and It is not. Looking for the time and finding the display has turned off is annoying. Pressing a button turns it back on.
