    only problem with this microwave is that it does not have backlight for the control panel...very hard to see.

    We had purchased a smaller model that LG offered and were not satisfied with its quality at all so we took it back to upgrade to this model and we could't be more pleased. This was absolutely worth the money and we are very satisfied with its performance. It just goes to show that " YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" still rings true today.

    Purchased this as a 2nd unit for a business that services breakfast and reheats frozen foods and meats and has worked excellent. Regardless of what the item is we always have consistently and properly heated food with no unheated spots whatsoever. The price point and quality make this a solid choice.

    I purchased this microwave for my 81 year old Mother. Her old Microwave stopped working and she was worried about getting a new microwave because she didn't think she could learn how to use it. After a few days of helping her with it, she has managed to learn to use it and is perfectly happy with it.
