    This unit works great out of the box. Easy to clean and has some interesting settings we had not seen before. Trust the LG will last a long time. The best part was how easy it was to exchange the dead Sharp microwave to a new one. Called Sharp got the run around called Best buy and they said bring it in. Got a new new micro wave that night great service.
