This was purchased for use in a fire station. It is simple to use, large enough for big families. So far it has been rugged enough to handle the abuse that hungry firefighters dish out.

This product is exceptional at circulating heat to the center so you do not have to stir food around. Unfortunately, the button to open the microwave does not work. You have to manually open it. It was too big so I ended up returning this product.

letters and numbers are easy to read and operated!

It did something weird though one time. It kept running although no buttons were pushed. We were about to take it back, but after unplugging it, I guess it reset itself. I haven't experienced the problem again yet. We are waiting to see if it happens again.

When we went shopping for a new microwave my wife wanted one that would be easy to clean inside and more powerful. The LG fit the bill along with a long list of features.

Does the job. Wish it had a few extra convenience buttons.

I bought this microwave to replace one that the door wouldn't open easily. I have used this product for two months and love it! Great features. I like that it beeps to remind me there is food in the oven.

Love everything about this microwave. It is very powerful and easy to use. I would have given this a 5 star if the buttons were back lit so you could use the microwave without turning on the kitchen light.

So as far as microwaves are concerned this one does the job but then again if it didn't we would have returned it. Some of the features aren't easy to use and require some research as the manual that came with it isn't the clearest about how to use them.

Great product and at a good value. Pleased with LG products in the past and so naturally looked at their microwaves. The overall size is large, but guess this is to be expected with a 2.0 cu ft oven.

This unit replaced an in wall Kenmore unit that died after 10+ years. Same size unit so I was able to use the existing trim kit and it was a very easy installation. Works great and looks great!

Bought as a replacement for 3 month old identical LG which had issues with display going dark intermittently. LG provided refund in exchange for purchasing another LG as replacement. So far so good.

Love the feel of the sturdiness compared to other brands. Has a feature where you enter the code from a food package and it's cooked perfectly.

We purchased this model based on Consumer Reports reviews. It is spacious and does an excellent job cooking food. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice sized microwave.

Takes up a lot of cabinet space but has a lot of great features and we can warm things stored in large bowls. Love love LOVE the rounded interior. So much easier to keep clean!
