Easy to use. Has all of the features plus more than we use. Seems to be of good quality.

I originally purchased another product online; and decided on this one when I got to Best Buy. It is a nice size, love the stainless steel material and works great.

We opened the box placed it on the counter plugged it In and started suing with the buttons. It cooks all food evenly. Has a nice look to it. It is large and spacious.

we love it! My 8 year old loves the easy one touch popcorn feature. Me as a mom loves bed how easy it is to clean. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Bought to replace a long-used model, and we are very happy with the upgrade. Up to date stainless with easy to clean steel interior. Better visibility through the window, great power, easy controls. All microwaves get complaints from owners, but this one fared better than most is a major consumer magazine.

had another microwave and it was hard to close the door. it was okay when it was new but after 6 months it was getting harder and harder to close. this LG microwave is what we wanted, very nice.

This microwave is larger than our old one, and althought it takes up more counter space we are able to put in larger food items and it works great.

It has all the features that you need plus the TrueCook Plus button. That's pretty cool when you can find the code online for whatever you are cooking.

4 months and it died. Cooks well and has good features but zero stars on reliability. Let's see how long the warranty replacement lasts.

We purchased this microwave based on the LG name, function and style. It has many preset functions and very easy to use. We would recommend this product to anyone.

So far has been a good microwave. One thing to note, it is not stainless steel as stated. It is only stainless steel on the front cover. The rest of the microwave, sides, top, back, etc. are glossy black. Since our kitchen is white cabinets and floor with all stainless steel components on the counters, this was a glaring contrast. It sits on a counter-top island between the kitchen and dining room, and is very noticeable. If we had known only the front cover was stainless we would have got another model to match the rest of our kitchen. It works fine, I would only recommend it if this is the look you wanted.

The control panel should be back lit. Hard to see the functions on the control panel when the lighting in the room is dim or dark. Otherwise, completely satisfied.

I bought this microwave to replace a convection I had for years and realize I never really used the convection features so I purchased based on the features I generally use and size.

We purchase this microwave to replace an eight year old microwave. We were happy with it until we noticed scratches on the control panel. We will be exchanging it.

Seems to be a good microwave so far. Heats evenly. Only complaint would be that the interior light is not bright enough.

I bought this a few weeks ago while it was on sale to replace my previous broken microwave which didn't work anymore. Anyhow, this is a huge step-up from that last one. It has 2 cu. ft which is plenty of space for reheating most food, which is especially practical to use for large plates. Still, the best aspect of this microwave is in the power. Whereas it took nearly 5 mins. to reheat a plate of leftovers in my old microwave, it only takes 1 to 2 min in this one!!! To me, this is a huge savings in my precious time, and since now I don't have to wait too long whenever I need to cook something, I think it's worth the price (Think of it as time = money).

This is a great microwave. It is large inside and cooks my popcorn perfectly. The black steel matches my other appliances and we are very happy.

I bought this as a replacement to our old micro. Ive had this model before and it always did its job with little hassle. Very easy to use the more advanced features.
