Great microwave, unfroze a rock solid chicken in no time. And perfect fit under the counter.

Love my new full size microwave oven. It is easy to use and best of all it matches all of my other appliances.

I wanted a counter top microwave, not too big with a lot of features. This is the perfect one!

Works great and huge. But doesn't have express minute buttons (where you press 1 for 1 minute and 2 for 2 minute and so on).

Our other microwave was 23 years old so this has been great. Works great, no problems so far.

The first micro I bought was missing a screw, had to return and exchange. Wish it came in black. I have found that it does not heat up food as quickly as my old micro, a bit disappointed with heat and shortcut buttons, no sensor reheat, or ground beef or defrost setting. Overall it does the job. I do like how large it is.

Absolutely love my new Microwave. It is very spacious and has numerous amounts of quick easy selections.

the first few days were fine but then we started to get a loud vibrating noise in the back. There is something inside the back of the unit which may not be tightened down properly causing a metal vibration. This has come up in other reviews I've read. The unit works, just loud which seems to be a common issue with LG quality. I won't be purchasing their appliances in the future

Really like the microwave and am just now beginning to use some of the advanced features.

This is more micro than we needed, but it was the only model that allowed us to do multiple cooking levels & times. It is great that it can handle any size container. Still have to figure out how do deactivate the beeping that comes after you cook something & don't take it out right away.

The microwave is very powerful so be careful to no overcook. It is very spacious and will handle numerous items at one time.

This microwave exceeds my expectation in every respect and it is extremely easy to use.

Very good unit with many good features. It is every bit as good as the Sharps we have had in the past.

I'm super pleased with this microwave. It has a large interior with a 16" turntable. The interior also has a rounded back, which makes it easy to clean. It's got some neat cooking features, too. Love it!! (**Note: the only down side is that, if you're needing a built-in unit like me, the trim kit is very difficult to locate. Best Buy doesn't sell it, so you'll have to check with other vendors to find one.)

Unit was purchased at Best Buy. The salesman was excellent and made arrangements to have the unit loaded in the car for me. Installation was easy because we only had to place it on the counter, plug it into the outlet and clean the unit. It has worked well without any problems. It took some time to learn how to operate the unit, but everything is working without any problems. The major problem is that the buttons are NOT backlit and a flash light is required to see the buttons.
