Whenever I use it, there's moist inside. It does not heat up food that fast.

Makes an annoying 'ticking' sound as the carousel rotates.

I bought it refurbished. Good for the price. Powerful.

The glass turntable is always off track. Before every use I have to re align it or it will not turn. Should've been designed a bit better. Everything else is good, but the turntable is a big deal, hence my low rating.

This purchase was a bad deal. A little over a month and it has a problem. It won't shut off. Terrible customer service from LG and Best Buy said we have to deal with LG for warranty.

For no apparent reason, the microwave shuts off prematurely. When it does so, cooking function as well as clock have to be reset.

I did not start out with the intention of purchasing all LG Products, but that is what I have: Washer, Dryer, Gas Range and now an LG Microwave. So far, the family loves it. It is sleek, really ramped up with wonderful features and it is extremely easy to use. I have tried just about every feature and the instructions are well-written. One thing I love about LG products is they give directions as you are using them.

I needed a replacement microwave and this one fits the bill! Nice clean look and easy to use. What I like best is the easy to clean interior. No nooks and crannys to hide food residue. The glass place come out easily to clean. Full power cooks fast and it is easy to choose lees power when needed.

This microwave stopped heating after less than one year of use!

Our prior microwave died on Christmas Day...so we made due for the day and went shopping for a new one the day after. This one is really roomy inside and has a large turntable. It is easy to clean and does the job. Shows a lot of finger prints on the outside or else I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought this and used the frozen dish setting, it burnt my dinner and when I called customer services, they hung up on me!

We brought this microwave after thanksgiving. It heats up food fast very roomy too. Looks good .I also like to melt butter for baking , it works great so far. We did buy it because of the name. Lg appliances has all work good for us.

Due to lack of backlight and gray on black touch panel, the controls on this unit are virtually impossible to use.

My daughters old microwave finally stopped working. Decided to buy this microwave because of the interior size and the 1200 watts. I had already purchased one about 2 years earlier and have absolutely loved the dependability, interior size, pre programmed features and the fact that it heats the food almost to the tee on the instructions printed on products to be microwaved. Worth every penny of the retail price.

These microwaves usually don't last a year I returned it.
