The interior space is amazing, and yet it seems only a few inches larger than my old microwave. I bought this on sale and the deal was an amazing value. I've had to get used to the different placement of a few buttons but overall I've been very happy with it. The instrument panel gets smudged all the time, but the rest of the microwave (stainless steel) looks great. Terrific value.

This large microwave easily handles large items. It has 30% more power than our old one that died after almost 20 years. We use the EZ ON feature (30 sec, full power) the most, but also timed cooking with reduced power levels for some items. We have not used the program features much since we have a good idea of what most dishes require. We simply reduce the time by 30% in view of the higher power. Popcorn is the exception, where we use the program often. The interior is very well contoured for easy cleaning. We've only had it a month or so, so we hope it lasts as well as the old one. The price was very reasonable.

So far my only qualm with this microwave is that it does not have a permanent time display. One must approach the microwave and touch a button to display the time. Perhaps there's a setting for this? I'm not sure. But it's a lovely looking appliance, and quiet. Does it's job well thus far.

If you have space for a larger microwave oven, this LG model is a good value and very versatile. It naturally does everything a smaller microwave can do -- heat vegetables, partially cook chicken prior to grilling, pop corn -- but can also accommodate a full-size casserole dish for re-heating and other tasks that overwhelm standard-size models.

This is by far, the best microwave I have ever owned. I have always had Panasonic. We were going through one about every 6 to 9 mo. Then back to the store because the door didn’t close properly or some other problem. I liked the 2.2 size of the Panasonic. However, after trying to deal with their customer service I needed a new brand. The L.g was on sale so I thought the 2.0 would be ok if it lasted. Best decision I have ever made. It is perfect. The reminder beep was a bit annoying. So I pulled out the the paperwork and found you can turn the sound off . It really is worth the switch if you have never tried an LG.

This microwave has been an amazing addition to our home remodel. The price was reasonable and the quality is amazing. The thing is so quiet that I have to check to make sure it is still running. No problems what so ever with this unit.

Just purchased this one. Looked at it online, then went to view it in person. I liked how big the interior is, much larger than than the full sized over-the range one we had at the old house. I am happy as can be with it, except for the annoying beeping. The old one has a dimming/ off feature for the beep, which I miss, as this one beeps so loudly and doesn't stop until you manually stop it. After reading some of the reviews, all I can do is hope it lasts. I did buy the extended warranty, which helps ease my mind in case it does burnout in a short time period.

I love everything about this microwave. the space inside is good for a long 9x13 pan. it’s cooks food evenly.. options for frozen and fresh vegetables. commonly used preheat option, options to soften and melt butter. It has all that I need for my kitchen.

We really liked this microwave for several months, no more than 10 months after purchase, the touchpad began to show problems. I read a lot of complaints on this site and others that the keypad was faulty on these microwaves. Now the keypad right side won't work. We can not use defrost settings, the number 3, and several other choices on the right side of the keypad. This seems to be a real problem with this model. I will see if I can get it repaired if it is worth doing. Otherwise I will never buy another LG product again. The company does not stand behind its product. The keypad issue is so bad there are videos on YouTube on how to replace the keypad yourself. Very disappointed in this purchase. Our previous microwave lasted 25 years.

This microwave has several features we really like. First, it has a dark interior that does not show splatter like all the white ones. Second, LG rounded the backside, which makes the microwave easier to clean and less prone to collect food particles. Third, the display informs the user how to operate a feature of the microwave whenever you press a button. Fourth, it seems sturdy with no cheap look or feel. The only minor annoyance involves a beeper that periodically reminds the user to remove the contents until it senses the door opened.

This is a great Microwave! We have had other Microwaves but this one really is great. I never do reviews but read them all the time before I buy. This is really a great Microwave and if you're thinking about getting it, think no further, it does the job!!!

This is a descent full size microwave, running, door open and shut is quieter than the GE it replaced. Has nice cooking features and programs, the interior is a pleasant brownish color, the turn table rests on a ring that snaps in the bottom. The interior back wall is rounded which makes cleaning around corners and crevices a breeze but I have to take one star off because it lacks proper defrost functions which only allows defrost by weight or quick defrost. I used to be able to defrost to my time setting which allowed me flexibility to use those few minutes for cooking prep. This one not so much as its a guessing game. So if defrosting meats is not a big part of microwave use then this is a good model.

I bought this for my mother - to replace her old microwave. She needed something reliable and easy to use at a good price. This was it. A sales associate helped me order it from the store. It arrived at the store quick enough and in good condition.

This is by far the best microwave we have ever owned. You can fit multiple items in it. Easy controls and settings. It has a really nice look for the kitchen.

My old microwave just died one day, so had to get one to replace. This one was surprisingly large - so it will fit full size meals with out a problem, but it does take up lots of space. it does make some noise, but I have it in a place that I don't really notice it. When it is done cooking, the "all done" beep is kind of annoying because it keeps going and going and going until you actually open the door. I much prefer a one time set of beeps, and then shut off the noise. But it cooks great -- no complaints there. And the size will fit any family. Have not tried the sensor. it is nice that the "one touch cook" button works in 30 second intervals rather than a minute like on my old one.

I truly fell in love with this microwave. It pops my popcorn to the last kernel without burning like my last one did. I have much more room in the inside which was something I was looking for and the color blends right in with my other appliances. I would definitely recommend this product! I am a true fan of LG for life!

This microwave is great if you have to defrost meat. I defrost alot of chicken legs, in my old microwave the chicken legs (about 5), usually didn't have enough room to turn. They used to be defrosted unevenly, this is not the case with this microwave. It is very roomy. It defrosts well, only thing is I'm still trying to figure out the options on the microwave.

We already bought this same model and just died so I know it well through its full life. It has a lot of tech features also including True Cook Plus that has codes to cook a given food to a science found at truecookplus.com. It also has the power levels, sensor cooks, and timer. The negatives are not lasting too long being about 3 or 4 years, timer that only beeps about 7 times than never again (just rears "END" till hit clear). Thus one we got with the extended warenty keeping the life span in mind.
