We are very happy with this microwave for the price. When we first unboxed the microwave the door would stick and not open when the button was pushed. Figured out the control panel was pushed slightly toward the door and causing it to stick. Pushed it to the right and it works perfectly. My only complaint is as other reviewers have mentioned the controls are hard to read in anything except bright light.

We have hade this microwave for a few months now. It's easy to use if you are just using it like a traditional microwave, we have not tried any of the special features. It has performed well without a hitch. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I have not had it long enough.

I chose this model mainly because my wife insisted on the curved, easy-clean interior (which we're surprised more models don't have by now). Also, it got a good rating by a major consumer magazine and the sale price was good. Negatives: the low-contrast (gray on black) control panel is hard to read in dim light; the old school incandescent interior light isn't bright enough to clearly view food through the door; the dark interior makes spatters harder to see for cleaning; there's no "beverage" button (and pressing the "EZ-ON" 1x under-heats a cup of coffee; 2x over-heats it).

Works great, easy to use and clean. EZ button is nice for 30 second increments. The clock turns off automatically which I wasn't used to, instead of staying on all the time, but not a huge issue.

I have always used the clock on my microwave to check time. After setting up the microwave, I noticed that the display would turn off. As soon as I hit a button, the clock would show up again. Thinking something was wrong, I checked the owner's manual. Lo and behold, I'm not the only one who thought something must be wrong because there is a single insert page entitled "automatic standby mode for display" which essentially says display turns off after 5 minutes to save energy. There is an additional note that says "standby function cannot be deactivated". I am seriously considering returning this microwave for this reason. To go look at my clock, I have to walk over and hit a button for it to display because of course the microwave is not on 99% of the time and as soon as I'm not using it, the clock turns off within 5 minutes. What is the point of having a clock? Does the designer of this microwave not realize people actually use the clocks on microwaves and ovens in place of kitchen clocks?

When searching for a microwave, I needed a large microwave with a beverage reheat function. This microwave has worked perfectly in the 5 months I've owned it. It fits large plates, and reheats pizza and dinners - and I use the beverage reheat function regularly for my chai lattes. You can't beat the price either! Great value.

Microwave works great and looks even better. Unit has all the options I could ask for.

Bought this model LG microwave in January 2013 as an appliance upgrade. Worked fine for only 3 months... then would not come on at all! Luckily we bought a Best Buy protection plan but upon returning it to the store, we had to exchange it for the same model because there were no other "full size" microwaves of a different brand in stock. The 2nd LG microwave worked fine for 9 months (until December 2014.) Had to again exchange it for the same LG model (no other full size brands in stock.) We'll see if this 3rd LG lasts--but if it doesn't and there are no other options, we'll ask for a FULL REFUND!! Thankfully we kept our 31 year old Panasonic full size microwave that still works fine & has never needed any repair! Apparently the quality of products built today are no match for the products of years ago!

I had bought this microwave for a new built house, I had previously owned a GE for 11 Years, worked great. when we moved in it looked great and the 2.0 space was great as well, I had purchased a built in trim kit to make it look a lot nicer (spent another $120.00) started using it and like in 2 months the door got jammed I had food inside, and i was not able to take it back out, I did not buy warrenty on it. I had to take it to my local manufacture to get it fixed. They did, The micro is really heavy i had to haul it back and forth, I got home installed it again with the trim kit and as soon as i pushed the button again i Jammed again. to make a long story short. It jammed 3 times within 6 months and thats because that was all i was gonna put up with. I called the LG Manufacture and told them i wanted my money back. so they did. I will never buy an LG again. I still have the darn trim kit, I no longer need do not buy!!!!

I looked for a long time for a quality Microwave and have no problems with this unit at all, I will not write a review until I have owned a product for a good amount of time. I have seen alot of people rating them bad. But I can not agree with them my wife and I use ours daily and we have owned ours for 8 years now and the only thing we had to ever do was replace the light bulb 4 months ago, our unit has been terrific. Do not know what happenened with some of the people doing some of the reviews here, I am buying my second one as a gift for my daughter because she has been frustrated with some other brands that she has purchased and will not diclose those brands here. But if I would need to buy another one some day I would look at the LG again.

I really like this oven, but the Best Buy listed dimensions are WAY off. The actual oven dimensions are more than an inch larger than the listed dimensions in all three directions. If you have a specific space in mind, bring your tape measure to the store. Its easier than returning the oven after it won't fit like mine...

easy cleaning, all instructions are in the door or it will guide you through them. I found nothing to dislike about this oven

We have catering business, it has very rough use everyday , but every time excellent perfomance,we have been using it for more than a year . Simple quote LG will never let u down with their products.keep it up with great products and services.

I love the popcorn button on it and potato button it takes the guessing out of how much time it takes.

This microwave replaced a 24" built-in GE model that died after about 20 years of service. It is a vast improvement. It passed my three critical tests with flying colors: it softened butter evenly with no melted spots, defrosted a package of chicken legs evenly with neither cooked nor frozen spots, and popped a bag of microwave popcorn so that the popcorn was done correctly and there were very few unpopped kernels. The unit is also very easy to use. My only complaint so far is that the dimensions say 24-7/8" wide, which made me think it would fit perfectly within a 24" opening. But there are some screws that stick out of the sides, which extend it beyond 24" unless you contort the thing when inserting it. LG should consider changing the design so that the screws are countersunk or otherwise recessed.

This microwave cooks well looks sharp, and as long as you have the counter space its great. It cooks, and warms up food quickly. The large size is good to warm up a large plate of food with plenty of space inside it.

When I saw the online heading stating stainless steel, I expected more than some stainless steel trim on the door. I should have looked closer at the picture showing a sliver of the black side. It won't go well with my kitchen/dining room and I'm very disappointed by the black body. It's ugly. My other appliances are white and I wanted to start transitioning to stainless. Nice sale price, good features. UGLY There weren't ANY counter top microwaves out of the box in the store. Almost no selection in the store. Live and learn I guess. Shipping was very fast. Now I'll have to get used to how it looks.

There should be a zero star rating! Purchased LCRT2010ST for $174 at Best Buy on 2/22/2014. Was working okay, little noisy and turntable started making horrible sound a few months ago. Broke completely today 5/26/2015. Only lasted 15 months and 4 days!!! After heating something I took the dish out to stir and recook. I entered the time and hit start, the timer counts down, power says 100 on display and light stays on but nothing cooks and turntable doesn't spin. Door is shut properly. Appears from other reviews and Q&A problems the magnetron went up and its too expensive to fix. I had read some bad reviews last year before buying but so many brands all had bad comments thought I'd give LG a try. Probably worth the $24.99, 2-year coverage plan if you buy it, I didn't. Hope my new LG $3,000 TV lasts longer!

Easy to set up. Has many different options for heating thing up.

Nice Microwave. Like the one button push for 30 seconds. I like but my wife hates the reminder beep that keeps beeping after a minute to remind you there is food still in the oven.
