I love this microwave. I was nervous while searching as it's been decades since I've purchased a stand-alone unit. Just use caution that it definitely heats things up so don't hesitate using the preset functions such as reheating dinner plates. This will prevent overheating some foods while not under heating others on the same plate.

Lots of great features. Really like being able to soften butter. Nice defrost cycle. Only issue is the clock that shuts off if a button hasn't been pushed during the last minute. Why bother with a clock if it's never on? Supposed to be an energy saving feature, but it can't be overridden. We no longer have a clock in our kitchen.

My "built-in" microwave oven which I bought in 2006 is no longer available. I was extremely lucky to find the LG microwave oven that could fit into the same opening as my old one. I looked hard on line and visited many stores before finding this microwave at Best Buy. Thanks Best Buy. The capacity of this microwave oven is bigger than my old one is a BONUS.

Very large, very elegant and modern look for a microwave.

The larger interior space is great for odd shaped bowls or trays. Everything cooks to the minute suggested in recipes. The energy saving display was unexpected, but is a plus. The exterior dimensions were perfect for the space that held the microwave we were replacing. Very pleased and grateful we found this one on display in the store after shopping for several months.

I purchased this LG microwave to replace a panasonic microwave that stopped working. The LG is easy to learn and use. I especially like the preset cooking buttons. I use the frozen vegetable button every day when cooking veggies for my pet birds, and it works great. I also like that the door is well made and closes easily (unlike the panasonic it replaced). This is well worth the price.

This microwave is a beast. It heats things up faster than any other microwave that we've used. It looks sleek in the black stainless color and it works great. The only thing I'm not happy about is it doesn't display the time 100% of the time. It will show it for awhile and then it goes away. If you want to see it you have to touch a button. Other then that, we love it.
