Replaced my six year old Maytag microwave after it burned up. Needed a microwave with the same size dimensions and this was it. The reviews were great and it was on sale for $159. Win Win! So far it's been great.

We spent a lot of time researching options to replace our microwave, and found this product. Honestly, we couldn't find anything we didn't like about it. It is good looking, has a very unique/deep interior, has all the features you could want and comes at a very competitive price. We expected to pay at least $100 more for everything it offers. Everyone in our family loves it. It looks great with our GE Profile oven. One recommendation is to not get the LG trim kit. Although it is reasonably priced, I found an even better deal and look from Micro-Trim that will custom make a trim kit for this microwave and your cutout.

We didn't want to replace a microwave now, but that decision was made for us! We have a new kitchen remodel in the forecast for the next few years, and will purchase all matching appliances then. This purchase was totally intended to get us by. This unit has been perfect for us in the pricepoint we chose. Really easy to operate, nice size, etc.

I bought this oven because of its large size. It seems to be one of the biggest on the market, however, it did not fit into the spot I needed it to fit. Although the measurements were checked, there are screws that stick out about 1/8 inch that kept us from putting in in the counter. I did not want a counter top oven, so I exchanged this for another model.

Weren't too sure about buying our first LG product. Glad we bought it now. Modern styling, huge capacity and easy directions for cooking or reheating foods. Only thing we miss from our old microwave is an LED clock that stays lit 24/7.

Attractive appearance and door seems to be better built than the ones that Panasonic makes so hopefully it'll last a while. Quiet operation. The user interface is a little less intuitive than desirable (set time first before heating level, and the decile heating percentage) and similar to microwaves from a decade ago, but I suppose they want you to use the automatic heating.

Bought this LG to replace a similarly sized Sharp that was malfunctioning. The cook power is as good or better with the same wattage. As other reviews have noted, it's annoying that the display, including the clock, turns off after a while therefore you can't simply turn to the microwave for a quick glance at the time.

very easy to use, has great features,looks good on counter

Love this microwave, lots more power than my old one and many handy settings for reheating and defrosting and auto cooking. Has 30 second increment button for instant on. The big flaw is that the control panel is very hard to read unless you have a light over it. It is not backlit or at the very least lettering should be in white not black. Great but could be better.

I purchased the microwave got home and unpacked it. Then I discovered how HUGE it is, My space was not nearly big enough. I loved the looks of it and how big it was inside. Too big!! Had to return it and get a smaller one . No problem at all to return the huge one. I am well satisified with the whole experience.

I am replacing a Viking microwave. It was horrible and needed constant repairs. It wouldn't even pop a bag of popcorn, so it wasn't going to take much for me to be happy again. This microwave is a great size and works exponentially better than my previous one. I find myself still overcooking, but I will get accustomed to this appliance that works and get the timing right. My only complaint--I wish it only beeped once when cooking was complete. It nags if you don't remove your food.

This microwave is the best investment I've made! Not only does it look great but it works great also! Easy to use, Large capacity made it easy to warm up leftover holiday dinner! Lol definitely recommend!
