great product ..easy to use . great price from best buy..

This microwave was a great purchase due to the price and it's power. It's very powerful for its size, so powerful that most foods/dishes don't need to be heated at 100% of its power, 30 - 40% is sufficient enough. Plus it's a LG, a name that comes with a high standard and it has other good features.

I love how easy it is to operate and the large size.

Didn't realize there was that much room in in it. Heats really fast.

We've used our new microwave for about a month now. It was nothing to install (just plug it in!) and it's been easy to get used to the buttons. The button hints inside the door have helped a lot. We had a more expensive machine that last about 10 years and this one is just as good with less expense.

Had originally got a smaller micro wave from Panasonic and that didn't last long at all...went to exchange it for this micro for the same price and its bigger, warms the food faster and over ez to use with nice features

This microwave does it all. It's like a small city on the inside, it's so big. The sale price was ridiculously good. No complaints besides the fact that it does take up quite a bit of counter space. And its quite difficult to secure a microwave stand large enough to house this monstrosity. But well worth the money.

Large and powerful microwave Sleek and elegant look and design

I love love love this microwave oven! It is excellent, it works great and it does so many things. It's easy and fun to use, and very easy to clean, I love that too! It looks so nice and matches so well with everything else in my kitchen. It heats things up super fast and lets me know when it's done. There is endless possibilities with this microwave, and I love all the room inside where you can heat up several items at a time. I find nothing at all wrong with it and I definitely rate it with 5 stars! I highly recommend this to anyone!! :)

Nice quality microwave. Easy to use. Large capacity

I always read reviews before I buy anything. This microwave is great. No complaints. There is an easy cook button and also add or subtract button that is very handy. Nice large size. We have a large family and it holds up to our bigger sized dishes and frequent use. After ditching my built in microwave that costs almost as much to fix if it breaks as it does to replace, I decided to go with countertop so I don't have to worry about a home visit from a repair man, which is costly. Seems to be reliable and we are happy with the options.

The salesman was very helpful as he plugged in several different models so that we could review their LED display. This microwave is the best one we have ever owned and we have purchased over 8 microwaves in our lives. My wife an I are retired now. It is well built and very sturdy. The controls are easy to use.

This microwave is truly exceptional. This has features that are beyond what I'm used to. The reheat feature isn't just a set time like older models, it measures the amount of steam and ends the process before it thinks the food will burn. Another feature that my wife loves is the soften feature. Put in a stick of butter or cream cheese for cooking direct from the fridge, it does not melt it. It adjusts the power way down and warms it from the center out, not a drop of cream is separated from the stick. Just be aware, most microwave directions for food are for an 1100 watt, this is a 1200. I found about 5 seconds less per minute for the 1100 watt food directions makes the food very well

Really like the microwave. It has some great features and looks fantastic. It cooks the food great, and I like the automatic settings. The one complaint I have is the clock does NOT stay on all the time. It goes off after a few minutes. One would think you could fix this. You can't. Didn't realize how much I'd miss a clock...

The LG Microwave is a great small kitchen appliance having both quality and technology. We have shopped many brands and found the LG one of the best for the buck. It is larger than many of the competitive brand's and has all of the bells and whistles' that you would expect from the more expensive appliances'..

This microwave has worked well so far. The temperature is cooking evenly, and the power has proven to be what was advertised. The only downsize noticed, is the beeper notification when done cooking will not stop unless you open the door, and there is no clock display. Other than those two items, it has worked okay.

This microwave has functions that make life a little easier. For me the ability to soften butter or ice cream as well as melt other things is nice. I like the buttons, but wish the menu could tell you what 1 thru 4 are without having to read the book or punch the number then hit stop/clear.
