I don't know how I let they convince me to purchase the big one, I place it in the kitchen and was looking like too big, until during that night I had to warm up this big bowl of rice, all together with the plastic lid to avoid spills, really nice that big... no need to split in several small recipients never again... buy the big one.

Full featured and no issues so far. Quiet operation which is a plus as previous model wasloud while cooking. One draw back which I deducted a star for is that the clock in the display times out after a few minutes and no way to disable this..

Bigger than I expected. Working great right now, but I read several reviews complaining about reliability. My only minor criticisms are (1) an energy-saving feature that turns off the clock after about 5min, and (2) the interior is a dark gray; I'm used to seeing white interiors.

When I researched this microwave, everyone seemed happy with it and we have been too except for the fact that I cannot seem to keep the clock on :( It's quiet, fits well on my counter & is great looking.

I am very satisfied with my new LG microwave. It is very nice looking and fits on my table as good as the old one did. I love LG products and as long as they give me good service, I will continue to buy them. Very easy to operate.

This microwave heats your food at even temperatures. The black stainless color matches well with other black kitchen appliances. It also defrosts without cooking your food like other microwaves. It is a great size too. Great product overall. The only thing missing is a night light on it.

This microwave was purchased as a Christmas gift for my parents. It was replacing a microwave that had been used for 25+ years. My Mom does a lot of warming of leftovers, especially for family dinners. It was easy to setup and use and easy for her to understand how to use it.

Love the new microwave. Much better than the small cheap ones from the discount departments stores for not a lot more money. It looks great, has easy to use features and so far works very well. I am a great one for putting something in the microwave and forgetting about it. This oven doesn't just alert you once when the cooking process is finished, it alerts you every few minutes until you either cancel or open the door.

It's big. It heats everything up evenly and quickly. I totally serves our needs. BUT why does the clock NOT stay on? It comes on when you use it, but then disappears. Really weird feature.

Price for this product very good for the quality of the product! We were just talking about the microwave today. We don't use it much but the features of this unit are great when melting butter and our only daily use is to warm our dogs food. We've been very pleased so far.

Bought this microwave to replace a Sharp that lasted 23 years. Was going to buy another Sharp but the reviews for the LG were far better than the current Sharp and the price was better to boot. This microwave is also very quite compared to the old one which was a pleasant surprise.

i didn't know if I would like this but it is amazing. It does so much more than my old one. Press a button to soften butter, cheese and it softens perfectly. It melts , softens, warms. I'm so glad that we made this purchase.

Nice to finally upgrade my first one that lasted 31 years and the only negative is getting used to the increased power and changes to cooking times between the two. Easy to clean interior and as with all of the others I looked at I like the rotating turntable.

Bought this microwave for my elderly mother. She had no problem using it. Love the one button time quick starts up to 6 minutes. And easy 30 sec adds as well. She's had the unit now almost 3 years and had no problems! Highly recommend
