Bought to replace a long-used model, and we are very happy with the upgrade. Up to date stainless with easy to clean steel interior. Better visibility through the window, great power, easy controls.

Generous sized interior. Love the oven coating on the inside which makes this very easy to clean. Fast set up, no concerns after living with this for a few weeks.

Replaced a Wolf built-in. So size was important. Found this one and it fit and got decent reviews for the money so purchased. Smooth process to order and pick-up. Customer service carried to car.

It is light weight & heats food well. The only negative so far is that the Start & Stop buttons are on the opposite sides that all my previous microwaves were on, so it will take a lot of getting used to it.

I wanted a larger unit to fit larger plates. That means it takes up more counter space, but that is the trade off. I wish the presets were more clear. Does Rice mean cook rice or reheat rice? Overall, a good product so far.

We were replacing a microwave we had for years. We have a cubby it fits into, so needed a countertop unit but fairly large. This model fit the bill perfectly. We are very happy with the look and functionality!

Bought this microwave to replace a smaller cheaper unit, got sick of food that was unevenly heated or just took to long. So far this microwave lives up to all the reviews. Easy operation, heats evenly, glad I bought it.

We love the microwave. Sharp looking, but..... We would really like to get the surround before Christmas. That would really top off the appearance. I don't understand selling a product without completing it!

I love my new microwave. Looks & works great. However, my experience I the store is whole other story. We went to Bay Plaza in BK. They are some of the laziest and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted but it still took 2 hours for the girl to acknowledge me. I even asked to speak to a manager but they were all conveniently in a meeting. Then I went back to the girl and interrupted her to ask if she could get someone to just the item for me but she ignored me. So I waited and waited. We finally left empty handed but returned and still had to wait another 45 mins. Unbelievable., I really hate going to that store.

This is the best microwave oven I have ever owned. It is large enough to accommodate bigger sized dishes. The look is very sleek. I researched similar microwaves and this one came out on top!

Great microwave. Had the microwave built into our cabinets. Fits into our house perfectly, trying to match color with Kitchen aid Black Stainless. A little different but not enough to complain.

Looks good and matches other appliances. Easy to use except it is hard to read. Always have to turn on main overhead light to set.

After a hurried review online (old unit quit suddenly) I rushed to BB to pick up this LG unit that happened to be on sale and seemed to have a lot to offer. It actually has an "ez" button. No seriously, you just push it for as many 30 second intervals you need. Has useful reheat selections and I didn't have to read the manual as much to figure things out. Beware - this is a FULL SIZE microwave. You could definitely heat up a whole turkey in there. A great bargain.

I like the black stainless steel finish. I like the watts of power for fast cooking options. The easy to clean feature of this model, is a great design option. Awesome microwave to purchase.

I purchased this microwave at a holiday sale price online. It is easy to use and install. I really like the repeated "ding" feature to remind you that something is in the microwave after it is finished cooking or warming it up (i.e., coffee; sometimes I forget I left it in for a warm-up and this reminder is great!) It seems to cook much faster than a conventional small microwave so be careful if your had a previous smaller version and plan to use similar cooking times. Overall, its a great product.

Purchased after home Panasonic micro started acting up after less than 24 months. Glad we purchased LG model this time as door opens and closes much easier than Panasonic brand and operating is just as easy.

This microwave meets all our needs easily. Love the way you can just push certain buttons to cook things like potatoes automatically. Love the easy way to melt butter or soften ice cream!
