love this microwave, very easy to use. Only down side is a little hard to read the display

New rental meant getting a microwave. I've hd great luck with LG appliance but still read reviews prior to purchasing. This model has a 16" turntable so casserole dishes that hadn't fit my over-the-stove model (in previous address) will now fit! Quickly cooks & reheats food. For some reason, setting the clock on this model is more complicated than any microwave I've owned...but I didn't buy it for a clock

This microwave cooks well, has plenty of room, and has really good features but keeps the control panel relatively simple to use. The one I had before (Sharp) could do similar modes, but it had so many things printed on its buttons that I always had a hard time just finding the start button. I had a LG over the range in my old house that I really liked that was similar in its controls to this one.

Works very well, but don't trust the presets for items like baked potatoes - undercooks.

So far so good, recent purchase. Only negative is that the clock does not stay on.

I recently purchased this microwave after my original microwave gave out over thanksgiving. So far this product has worked as needed. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I miss having the beverage preset. Now to be honest I have not fully explored all features on the device so there could be a way to make this happen but it's not easily marked and I honestly don't think the feature is available on this machine. However, it's working as needed.

Great product for the price. I would recommend this product if you need a new microwave oven.

Our older microwave stopped heating. We like the larger capacity of this unit and its slighter greater power. More useful. Also easier to clean. Have used it about 6 weeks, like it very much. Incidently, we do not use the shortcut keys.

I love this machine it warms my food in the nicest way.
