Size, power and features were great for the money when I compared against other stainless steel units. Upon getting the unit home, we found to our surprise that the exterior sheetmetal (other than the door)was all painted black rather than being stainless or similar. Only the door has the stainless steel finish. We ended up exchanging this unit for the next size down LG unit, which is identical in appearance, however has the sheetmetal painted light gray, which looks more like stainless steel.

Microwave works great. Looks nice, easy to clean. I wish there was an option to have the clock stay on all the time.

I think it's great heats up within seconds and its A perfect size. You can heat several things at the same time.

It's a microwave, not much to talk about on that front. Works as expected and the keypad is easy to use. A minimal but nice feature is out of the box the screen goes turns off after a few minutes. It instantly turns on when you touch the keypad. Glad to have one less glowing 'thing' in my house. Cleaning the microwave is a breeze thanks to it's nearly edgeless internal design. This was a big part of why we choose this unit vs others.

This microwave is awesome, big spacious love the color gray in the inside, quick, easy access to all the buttons.

Microwave is big and spacious inside, fits almost anything you decide to heat up. It works super fast. Easy to clean. The only thing I don't really like is that it takes up a lot of counter space. My kitchen is pretty big so I don't mind it as much but for someone with a smaller kitchen, you should really take that into consideration. I think next time I am going with something really similar except I purchase to one I can install on top of the stove. It was my bad, you shouldn't really count this against the microwave or its maker as other than the space, I love it! Oh, one more thing, the microwave door closes super easy. The last microwave I had, you almost had to bang the door shut but not this one. You may even say it has a super sensitive closing door and for me this is a plus. No more bangs or slams when closing the microwave door!!

I purchased this microwave to replace a built in Thermador. This microwave cost much less than an identical replacement, fits perfectly in the built in space with room for ventilation, and I was able to reuse the decorative metal trim from the Thermador. It is quiet, has good lighting, lots of room, and cooks quickly. I have already recommended it to work when the microwave there broke down. I would buy this product again.

This Microwave is easy to use and has a good ventilation , cleaning is easy and room inside seems bigger than my old microwave, however if you are installing in a cabinet, it is not easy to install with the kit which you have to buy separately especially the screws are of not the right size and one may have to get new screws.By and far the product is good value for the money.

Plenty of power, quiet and easy to clean. Really stupid that keypad is not illuminated, thus 4 stars.

This microwave works really well, heats fast and evenly. it's spacious and can hold a large item for cooking or reheating. i gave it 4 stars because it is difficult to read the panel unless you have a light shining right on it. the only thing that lights up is the clock. you can't see any of the panel words. i would recommend to a friend with a warning about the panel.

During my kitchen remodel I had the worst time getting a trim kit for the microwave I initially bought. I had ordered a trim kit at the same time and it was supposed to fit, but it didn't. I returned it to the store (not Best Buy) and was sold another that supposedly was the right one. Guess what? Not the right one. So I threw in the towel and bought another microwave and trim kit that were designed especially for one another. Despite all of the trouble I had I am so glad I ended up with this microwave. The capacity is huge. The rounded edges truly are easier to clean (just tonight I had some mac 'n cheese blow-up when I didn't vent it enough). And it looks great! My only problem so far is that I'm guessing the serial number is on the back and not inside like most microwaves. I've looked on all of the interior surfaces and no luck... My problem is that the contractors installed it and the trim kit and now I can't access the back. The good news was that I still had the box and the ser. no. was on it.

We ordered this on line and when delivered, the digital display was non functional. We took the microwave into our local best buy for an exchange. The salesman was so kind to get us an exchange. We love the microwave. It has all of the features we needed. One note. The item description on like states the oven does not have a cooking light but it does have one. Good oven. Highly recommend.

love the curved back and the overall size little loud but thats ok and is very easy to clean

This product replaced a microwave oven which I had for approximately 30 years. What a difference in workmanship and performance. The appearance of the microwave is beautiful; clean lines and the contrast of the black body of the oven with the stainless steel accents. It works like a dream and doesn't require that the food item be in the oven for a long period. Excellent product. I would highly recommend this oven.

Bought this as a temp microwave when my mounted above stove microwave stopped working. I have since gotten that microwave repaired, but everyone loves this one so much, they won't let me move it to storage. It has alot of power. Quiet and does a better job than my microwave that cost 3 times what this one did - would highly recommend this microwave to friends and family.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this microwave. And it was all worth it. Easiest to clean microwave i have ever owned and one of thr biggest. With a family of four i can heat up an entire casserole at once and it has enough power to get it done quickly. I have had it for 4 months now and i use all the quicl buttons and have not found one thing i dont like!
